Time Saving - Amazing Customer Service/Tech Support.

The trial period was lengthy and cost-effective, which allowed my managers to take ample time in testing the functionality across multiple groups to ensure it was a best fit.

I liked the compartmentalization of notes, video, etc, it was easy to multitask and stay engaged with the process.

Ease of use and dependability,  it has made the process so easy and anytime something has to be changed, it is a seamless process.

It is very dependable and I do enjoy the ease of use.

I love how easy it is to use. Even things that seem somewhat intricate, their customer service is great and they're always there to help you.

Its filters new applicants, it needs to show the applicants scores on the front page and it needs an fired button.

The wide array of features for interviewing makes accommodating each interviewee's needs and the hiring manager's needs easy.

Some features and processes don't feel intuitive or logical. This makes somethings hard to design and/or implement.

Slack and google calendar integrations. Great customer care and fast feedback, our issues with Slack integration were solved pretty fast.

It's super easy to manage all holidays, days off and home offices from a single application. It also integrates with popular apps like slack, which make acceptance blazing fast.

It is also an excellent value considering other softwares on the market. Customer service is excellent, responsive and implements new ideas with a willingness to make their users happy.

A reporting options are horrible. From an accounting perspective, I am unable to get what I want.

All functionalities are available, useful for usage for any country. And what is most important - it is very intuitive.

This does mean, however, that the time accrued for PTO is not accurate, and while I have told my staff that the accurate accounting is on each paystub, they are frustrated by that.

I love the easy of use and ability to integrate the time off calendar with Outlook. Setting up PTO accruals is a breeze.
