Connex is super easy and flawless to use. The help we received to guide us through the selection of system, on-boarding and implementation and set-up was amazing.

Connex is a Great Integration for QuickBooks Enterprise.

The only negative is that I did not find this soon enough.

What I like most about Connex is that it is reliable. Each week, we manually sync our orders from Big Commerce into QuickBooks.

The connex team was supportive during the onboarding and the FAQ tools they created were really helpful to set it up.

Before Connex, we had to manually enter all our orders from Quickbooks, which was very tedious and prone to human mistakes.

Several of their upgrades have resulted in broken configurations that have corrupted our data & now broken sync entirely. Their customer service team has been extremely unresponsive and they.

Horrible Experience Damaged our business -Deliberately Disconnected our API out Of Malice.

Lot of options for 3rd parties to integrate into QuickBooks. Helpful customer service.

Functionality is good, recently though, they raised by price by about 1.75% AND removed all support. This is a complex enough app that customer support is an absolute necessity.

After working through the kinks and getting a good understanding of how the product functions, our experience with Connex has been very good. It certainly meets our needs.

The integration works perfectly and Connex has amazing customer support to help you if you bump into any issues or if you have custom requirements for your business.

Do not waste your time with this vendor. I promise it will be the worst customer service experience you have had with a software company (and we all know the bar is very low).

The software is easy to use has minimal downtime and the customer service and technical support is great very quick responses and a friendly team consistently willing to help.

The error reports could be more detailed. When we have had an issue we have had to download the sync error logs, but the data doesn't really tell us much.

When orders fail to import for reasons other than insufficient inventory it is hard to figure out how to get them imported successfully.

We needed a way to use bundles in QBO that would correctly integrate with our shipping software and online stores. This was the perfect option.

When I was looking for a product that could link my web sales to my Brick and Mortar QB with an a BOM software call SOS this was the easiest, cost effective and seamless product on the market.

This company should be getting sued very soon. I am sure they are desperately trying to sell the company to intuit before they get a massive class action lawsuit.

It is fairly easy to implement and the price is affordable.

Easy to use and saves us countless hours each month syncing our data.

We are extremely happy with Connex and we are in the process of finishing our online store, which we will be also using Connex to integrate.

It was simple enough, even for a novice user like myself. The fact I could integrate it with my bank account and automatically enter expenses and raise invoices with my own branding etc. was great.

The single most annoying thing about it is the support.

The FreshBooks/Xero integration stopped working around 2017 (I don't know why; each company blames the other).

We were currently using Quickbooks, which had, at the time, very limited cloub-based capability. Xero looked great, was easy to use, and made it possible for our virtual team to work together.

I love how easy it is to sync bank feeds and reconcile transactions. I love the rule feature that allows me to set my routine transactions to the correct COA.

There is more information in the project tabs than what you can obtain in the report which is disappointing.

I believe Xero have captured a very nice niche of the industry with it's very business orientated user interface and simplisitic feel. It makes accounting somewhat fun for the business owner.

Ve not used the full power of Xero yet but so far it’s been great in helping me keep track of real time spending etc. It’s certainly an asset to the business and I’m learning more as I use it.

Finances are easier to keep up to date and more frequently, the software updates are seamless, the reports are great, the integrations are outstanding, and the service is super.

Every feature I need is an extra add on charge. The remember me at login does not work and I have to waste time with 2 step login every time I leave the computer for 5 minutes.

Xero has been a great experience for me. If you want software that can automatically allocate transactions when and where you need them to go, save yourself time and check out Xero.

Great software, price is affordable for small businesses.

Xero is easy to use (with a little direction perhaps) and it's been great for invoicing, payroll, and tracking our finances.

Easy to share with accountants. A thoughtful social enterprise discount given too.

And there are odd glitches in the reporting (cannot recall all the details now, I only have one client left using this app) that I had to watch out for.
