Lack of a mobile application for iOS or Android. However, I've been told that CASEpeer is working on providing this feature soon.

The interface is great because it is clean and simple while also being robust. Conflict checks, statute management, and settlement calculation is made simple and instant.

I also like that you can search the client's file for any prior note made. The critical case note feature, the treatment tracking, provider history, being able to track the insurance history.

They have great integrations with other products, and again great customer support and monthly training webinars for different aspects of the software.

The only negative thing I could think of is how much data is needed to be inputed.

Responsive customer service that implements user feedback to improve product. Great tutorials for training new hires.

Nothing major, but there are slight glitches here and there after updates. Also, I really miss the full task completed history.

No requirement for individual licensing because it runs through online access. Superior customer support.

Excellent system for Social Security case management.

Another great thing with Prevail is the way the medical information is set up; you put all your dates in of when the records are received, submitted and requested. It's a great system and easy to use.

Now that I am with another firm, I miss prevail a lot.

We just did an update from 6 to 8. I thought 6 was great, but 8 wow - love it.

It is user friendly, easy to access clients, easy to read and go into many areas at a time without having to close out another clients file. It is so easy to navigate through the system.

I think the greatest benefit of this product is that you can handle many more cases with it than without it, thereby making your investment in the product nominal.

It has been a huge time saver in regards to client management.

Perhaps the most irritating feature is the 'message list.'  There are two options.

It seem that the software often has problems depending on the computer that it is on.

Love the process tab too because we can set lists (autofill) or steps and each serves its purpose for different types of cases. Prevail tech support is fantastic.

Over the years, as the program was improved and made more complex, some training hours were required, but I never found that to be cumbersome.

The integrated billing system is a breeze to work with and makes billing quick and detailed. Internal messaging makes contacting remote employees easy as well.

Along with Airdesk and my word processor, the only other software I need is my accounting software. Prevail is easy to use, with all the information you need right there on the screen.

I have been using Prevail for approximately 14yrs. It is easy to organize my notes, documents, cost, fees,  calendar of events and my daily tasks.

Worst of all, Prevail's reporting capabilities are abysmal.

The Prevail Case Management System is a wonderful tool and great investment in our practice. Prevail is always running on every desktop in our office, waiting for us to feed in more information.

This system allows you to calendar appointments, as well as set up, assign and complete tasks, and send messages throughout the office. The system integrates with Word, WordPerfect, and QuickBooks.

What makes this program even better is the knowledge of Prevail's staff. They have outstanding customer service skills.

I like that it is easy to use and pretty user friendly. I like that there are not as many options for personalization as Prevail 6.

Prevail is more than a software it's an amazing company that will be there to help you develop your business.

This is just one example of Prevail's usefulness. I have a whole library of documents that I have created to use with the program, and I continue to create new letters and forms as needed.
