Pros/Cons

Pros
The interface is straightforward and easy to use. I could easily contact my professors and vice-versa. This was especially helpful for older professors who do not like the flashy parts of Canvas.
Blackboard is wonderful for students, it is very easy to use and they constantly do updates that help improve the system.

Cons
This software like all software isn’t perfect. The mobile app seems a little sluggish. It works for me all the time so am cool e=with this software and would highly recommend.
Slight difficulties in function but easily remedied with following instructions for problem solving.

Pros
Ease of use. Install was easy. Product was easy to install and use. Did not require much time to set up.
Easy to use and set up for the first time. Lots of good features for courses and adding various media.

Cons
Training is boring by nature so maybe adding some additional features or analytics would be fun to see while training.
Reporting could be a little more robust but all in all this is an LMS that I would recommend to others.
