My experience has been great. We don't have an overly complicated marketing plan and this does everything that we need it to do.

Great for hosting multiple account instances, dedicated IP address, and easy to navigate.

Locked into a major contract, which even with their lack of performance, is tough to leave. Their UI is really, really bad.

I have used and reviewed many tools, but i will say Act-On is my favorite. Easy to use, and the best customer service of any of it's competitors.

It’s been a great tool but because we couldn’t utilize all the features internally, we had to hire a consultant.

Main dislike: More personalization for our sales force to view how their customers are responding.

They have been limited on their choices of stock email templates, but in August 2014, they are releasing a new builder, which should fix this tiny problem.

Their support is amazing now that they have the live chat option.

Our sales team is massively impressed with the capabilities and insights that Act-on provides through the integration with our CRM tool.

Ease of use and template share between markets is great.

Customer support is excellent, and the constant release of point upgrades and additional, no-charge functionality is awesome. We have massively improved the quality and volume of qualified leads.

Unfortunently there was no integration with our Sage CRM so in ways we were automating but then just creating more manual work on our part because of the lack of integration.

Reporting is quite good and easy to understand. Love the continuous product improvements that are made.

Great Automation Program, Especially for SugarCRM Users.

The product and Customer Support are great. Act-On was our company's first marketing automation platform, and there are others out there, but I think our decision was a good one.

This was disappointing and one of the reasons we bought it. No improvements have been made recently.

Our sales team loves Act-On, and how much control they have over what they see, and we in marketing love the intuitive interface and the ease of setting up nurturing campaigns.

This software has great features. Act On is easy to use with the available instructions and other help information.

Decent if you already have it and infrequently email. There are better solutions at lower prices.

My favorite piece is the email marketing (including their fantastic A/B testing), and their automated programs. Integrates extremely well with Salesforce.

Usability is very bad, and support is not very helpful when things are malfunctioning.

Since the very beginning of our relationship with Act-On, they have been helpful and have always been improving the product. It is a very intuitive tool and makes marketing fun and effective.

Overall, Dynamics CRM is the biggest problem; however, if Act-On is going to support its integration with the platform, it has to better understand it. Besides that, I like the tool.

Need more some updates! it sometimes lags when it browsing different sites and options.

We switched to Act On to be able to take advantage of setting up automated campaigns based on user behavior both in our emails and on our website.

Act-On has supplied us with a platform to create quality looking emails and marketing materials with ease.

The platforms has some strong segmentation abilities and offers a lot of integrations with other tools.

Overall I would give Act-On a low pass. The issues with customer service, slightly overpriced and the lack of proper development plagued my experience.

Once you learn it, you realize how nice of a tool it is. Email campaigns, lead scoring, assessing total voice of customer -- it's all there.

Search function is hard to use and doesn't capture results easily.

Very strong asset digital management. Although it's not perfect, I haven't seen or used anything better.

They truly do care about your business and are willing to listen to improve their product. I feel like this company is growing so more opportunities will be present in the future.

I dont like because is a little bit expensive for the moment works fine, the price is very high the one problem.

We are working on an integration with Wagtail, our CMS, that will allow us to pull images directly into our website.

I love the interface of Media Valet. I am not technologically savvy and it makes it very easy for me to upload and share things with coworkers and clients.

After having trials with other brands it was clear to us who had the better product and just so happened to be within budget. MediaValet has been incredible.

Wrike allows for all information for a project to be located in one place. No more searching through emails and folders to find information.

MediaValet is a huge improvement over working with shared drives, we could never go back, the time saved searching for assets or even previewing an asset for a new project is never-ending.

The transition was flawless and the customer support has been amazing. The cloud based system has helped out internal IT staff as well as allows us to access the images from anywhere.
