- What I really love of eClincher is that integrates many social networks like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, even so is easy to use and offers great support.
- Tagging my top three reasons why I think ec is different than the noise. The value I received in the amount of features that are offered for the price I paid.

- The interface is intimidating with all of its bells and whistles.
- This tool was very difficult for me to use and every time I tried I became upset and aggitated because it shouldn't be THAT complicated.
Pros
- The ease of implementation and onboarding for new users is terrific and the clever way SharpSpring uses visual workflows to automate the system is genius.
- When I have a question or need advice on the best way to do something, their customer support team is always responsive and helpful.
Cons
- I rate the tool's usability as bad, lots of buttons that do the same thing, and lots of unstructured information on the screen.
- Calendar Schedule - So you only get one calendar schedule for sales, so for example if you have multiple links for scheduling time on your calendar you cannot customize more than 1. Very frustrating.
