The downside is that there are times when it takes a while to generate a response for my requests.

As we continue to increase possibilities (client portal, electronic signature, Zoom) and other features, the greater the program appears to be.

It took a while to get used to finding certain areas and reports when first getting started. Have since learned terminology used, but frustrating at the beginning.

I like that during setup they tailored the usage and flow of the EHR based on our needs. Unlike other EHR where you either fit your operations to their software or it's not going to work.

Clinicians have more time to focus on the clients and less time is spent looking for charts, paperwork, etc. I am confident that our unique challenges can come to a resolution.

Overall experience would be positive and would recommend.

One of the most significant benefits has been the ease of billing, which has significantly improved since implementing the software.

At this time it would be the client communications becoming overfilled with reminder texts. Once the communications are filled no more texts are sent out.

Its easy to use and customer service is helpful.

Overall good customer support and communication regarding changes; They have been great about staying on top of the many changes coming in regulations and requirements from funders.

Overall, it has been a great experience. Our patients get better care because everything we need is included in Exym and that streamlines care for our clients.

At times, it is hard to get questions answered and solutions to some of our problems are simply not addressed or responses get lost in translation.

The admin team is great! the software has a lot of functionality and is great for a behavioral health practice.

This can be frustrating and time-consuming, especially during the initial implementation phase.

It can be slow and will occasionally give error messages.

The customer care is top notch. You can create a help ticket or post a question in a forum and always receive feedback.

My overall experience with Exym has been excellent. The integration team provided exceptional support, making the transition to Exym seamless and effortless.

We have not switch to the new User Interface yet. However, I do like the fact that people may prefer the current version and so the capabilities to switch back and forth is awesome.

The ability to chart client progress is vital. Once setup, it's easy to navigate and pretty intuitive.

The software is customizable to providers which is nice, we have tools that help track productivity and we are able to keep a constant stream of revenue with our billing.

It integrated so poorly that we had to go with another EHR which was bad because our EHR was great-the only reason we left was because of this product from Advanced MD.

It is very glitchy and not the most user-friendly for our therapists. We've gotten several complaints from them.

The note templates are often difficult to customize and once done tend to have bugs that cause our providers frustration.

I still am not sure if they were lying or just incompetent. Eventually we changed EMRs and moved all the charts to another billing service.

AdvancedMD is very user friendly with all the bells and whistles.

I love the ease in being able to schedule patients and be able to schedule future appointments.

This is convenient to use because you can use it on your phone, iPad, computer, etc. it allows me to do work remotely and it’s great. The  phone version is easy to use.

Communication is very poor. It has been difficult getting people to understand a therapy clinic vs a physicians office.

Very poor customer service and accessibility to their team.

Transfering to Advamced MD was the worst decision I made.

WEAK , frustrating software; a poorly implemented EHR.

Customer service is top notch. They answer, the respond, they are kind and easy to understand.

The PM side is pretty straight forward and easy for my employees to use. The integration with other apps has also been very nice.

The sysrem, as I'm writibng this, is down for unknown reasons and of course, they're closed after 7PM central time. WE HAD lots OF PROBLEMS SCANNING IN labs, reports, etc.

Constant problems with connect and development just does not build features to compensate for shortcomings.

The software had long lag times to find cpt codes and difficulty linking payments. In the end we decided to stop using after one month, but had to pay a buyout of $1,440 dollars.

Great medical billing software. It has a good cost-effective solution to integrated billing.

There is no alerts to notes that have been unsigned for 72 hours (this blows my mind since its a major compliance requirement).

Really liked the ease of navigation and the all around feel of the software and ease to read screens.

The customization of AdvancedMD is extremely useful especially for multi-specialty clinics.
