The software is customizable to providers which is nice, we have tools that help track productivity and we are able to keep a constant stream of revenue with our billing.

It integrated so poorly that we had to go with another EHR which was bad because our EHR was great-the only reason we left was because of this product from Advanced MD.

It is very glitchy and not the most user-friendly for our therapists. We've gotten several complaints from them.

The note templates are often difficult to customize and once done tend to have bugs that cause our providers frustration.

I still am not sure if they were lying or just incompetent. Eventually we changed EMRs and moved all the charts to another billing service.

AdvancedMD is very user friendly with all the bells and whistles.

I love the ease in being able to schedule patients and be able to schedule future appointments.

This is convenient to use because you can use it on your phone, iPad, computer, etc. it allows me to do work remotely and it’s great. The  phone version is easy to use.

Communication is very poor. It has been difficult getting people to understand a therapy clinic vs a physicians office.

Very poor customer service and accessibility to their team.

The PM side is pretty straight forward and easy for my employees to use. The integration with other apps has also been very nice.

The sysrem, as I'm writibng this, is down for unknown reasons and of course, they're closed after 7PM central time. WE HAD lots OF PROBLEMS SCANNING IN labs, reports, etc.

Constant problems with connect and development just does not build features to compensate for shortcomings.

The software had long lag times to find cpt codes and difficulty linking payments. In the end we decided to stop using after one month, but had to pay a buyout of $1,440 dollars.

There is no alerts to notes that have been unsigned for 72 hours (this blows my mind since its a major compliance requirement).

The customization of AdvancedMD is extremely useful especially for multi-specialty clinics.

Implementation was easy although I feel we went into well prepared. It has made the front desk much more efficient, has increased our revenue and decreased paper, printing and statement costs.

Ease of use as well as access to ample support. Phreesia Support provides quick responses and is always available to troubleshoot any issues.

It's helped cut down costs significantly. On the billing side, we have seen financial benefits by using email payment reminders and payment assurance.

They are an excellent company to work with. High quality product, proactive, one of my most highly recommended vendors.

They refuse to recognize this and continue to bill you for years after you stop their service then refuse to refund your money.

Additionally, if the interface stops working for some reason everything goes haywire. All documents then end up in our holding tank.

The ten minutes I have to sit there and train your stupid AI that I'm not a robot.

It's amazing how much more efficient this has made the front desk. Being able to eliminate paper has been also is tremendous.

Phreesia has helped improve our overall collections with the ability to verify E&B for most insurances. The ability to know insurance details in real-time is a benefit that more than pays itself.

The only downside to this system is that older people were often intimidated by it, but our staff simply sat down with the patient and asked the questions and recorded the answers.

Able to integrate clinical information into EHR. The ability for parents to complete all material, including screenings, prior to the appointment.

The clinical integration has reduced amount of time it requires to triage patients which is very helpful with keeping our providers on time.

Support is quick to respond and resolve concerns. The Phreesia team is undeniably helpful.

Problems - integration with our EHR could not occur due to cost involved.

Sometimes they ask us about products listed and we have no idea what they are talking about.

The problem/case management is easy to utilize and the support team is highly responsive. My staff remain excited and engaged, and continue to love this product.

Phreesia has been instrumental in capturing data and reports needed to satisfy requirements such as PCMH, Care Coordination, health screenings, compliance and business agreements, UDS, and more.

If the population using this was older, they often struggled. It was hard for them to navigate.

Customer service is quick to respond and communicate. The benefits of having E&B at our fingertips have far outweighed any issues.

This allows the payment posters to only have to review payment and ensure we are balanced which saves them a lot of time.

Customer service from set-up to later on tweaks has been fantastic.

There were some bugs in the system and occasionally all tablets would stop working.

We love Phreesia and it's only been a positive integration in our world. I would definitely recommend this to other offices.

The inability to send out interviews without an appointment and the inability to customize payment reminders which we actually use for pre-pays.

Even though people are on smart phones all the time, it does not mean they are tablet savvy. Our biller ask who the new front office employee was and that they needed to be fired.
