The PM product is wonderful. The applications are also user-friendly and easy to maneuver.

The EHR is not very intuitive, is very click-heavy, and exceedingly difficult to customize.

RCM virtually did nothing to earn the percentage charged. Unfriendly response from RCM managers regarding the billing errors and invoicing errors.

It is terrible because to get anything done you have to have a middle man that knows very little about the system. So then it becomes a game of telephone and things take forever to get done.

Customer service is awful. The system is slow and not user friendly and not quick to navigate.

It has lots of flexibility and users can customize many items to their liking. The mobile app is very handy for staff who function from the hospital.

I have been working with the system for almost 2 years , it is good, quick, friendly.

Because they wrote the MyWay product, their EHR was exactly what my physicians were used to using so the transition for them was seamless. The product is user friendly and not too busy.

My Dragon interface is awful. The speed of the EHR is beyond awful and then a rep comes to our site and says yes you have a lot of issues we will get on this right away.

Now I am very happy made that decision. The another superb function is billing which making billing very easy and efficient.

Ease of use, ability to customize templates, Can copy and paste from Microsoft word, Good integration between EHR and Practice management.

The office visit notes and PE also are easily managed, giving lots of templates to save your time. Their customer service are excellent.

This is the worst of all. The s-s can not be set up it a way in which once I pick up the Ds the associated plan would appear in Assesment.

We used another cheap EMR before switching to MDLand, and we's very happy with MDLand during past year, it's worthy and more efficient, and save lots of time, and more easy to follow money flow.

Accounting function is mediocre - reports stink, lots of detail but bad formatting compared to other platforms.

IClinic is a very good and reasonably priced program.

Connects you with doctors in India to help with your medical issues.

They may not be able to resolve your medical problem but it's worth a try.

Able to qualify for Meaningful use payments. E-prescription, Good practice management integration with EHR.

Overall soft is good billing and physician can easily used and understand.

At times the system is down for maintenance. These are in the late hours/early morning when no should be working anyways, but when it occurs it can be an annoyance.

Online and in-software support is limited, no detailed explanation about billing, or other small functions, such as how to use tags.

Iclinic has been great for our office. It is easy to use and billing is easy as well.
