I like the amount of features chiro quick charts complete system offers. Everything is integrated together and I do have to pay extra for text reminders or email reminders.

We have been pleased with the ability of this program to adapt to our specific office needs.

It's a great money saver if you do billing in office. The link between the note taking and the practice management is seamless.

They seem to be VERY committed to making their program the best around. At the price, I don't think it can be beat.

That the same passcode is used for QC and PM. In billing you want no one else to have the passcode but with QC the Dr.s and pt must have it.

I highly recommend ChiroQuickCharts. Been extremely supportive, helpful and knowledgeable.

The support staff have been wonderful in getting these issues resolved, in fact they are corrected in one phone call for the most part.

Wish we could scan forms, etc directly into the PM software without having to open the QuickCharts. Other than that, I can't think of anything negative about the program.

I was particularly looking for a program that contained all the components necessary for solid documentation. It is very user friendly, easy to customize and the learning curve was fast.

However, I also realize that programming changes, etc. can take time to complete. Initially, training videos were poor.

I want you to know that I will do whatever you would like. If I can learn this program, anyone can, so that should be a good endorsement.

He has been great about helping me customize the program to my office's need. The notes that are produced are thorough, and easy to read.

It is essential to be sure all workstations are running on the same version. If not, this can cause problems, slowing productivity.

Overall good, I would like to take the time to look at it more.

Don't go for the lowest price go for the best value for the dollar that satisfactorily integrates with their practice. I choose Chiro Quick Charts because it was the best value for my practice.

I love the fact that Quick Charts is now government certified. I also like the fact that their Tech Support is very helpful and American.

I purchased the system out right and I don’t currently hold a support contract because it is pretty pricey and I don’t need support enough to make it worth it.

Easy setup and training. Navigating the software is easy and most times, I am able to change the settings myself.

The best is the service. Has been slow once or so, but on the whole, very good.

Looking at the billing (PM) side of the software was difficult at first.

They have also continued to implement upgrades as well responded to our input and suggestions. The program is very user friendly and we have enjoyed working with the company and highly recommend it.

I love that we can personalize so much of the software to fit how we might say or document certain things wheter in an exam or daily note. The customer support is top notch.

I believe updox is one of the greatest programs I have ever used. This way of faxing and filing documents is wonderful and the program is so simple.

Not only did the video chat function help with seeing patients during a world-wide shut down, we were also able to navigate faxes, emails and communicate with our patients on one easy to use platform.

At first, setting this up is very confusing. You need to have assistance from the company in order to set this up with your printer or computer device.

Currently Updoz does not interface with my EHR but hopefully in the future for ease of moving it straight into the patients chart.

It was very simple to get started. Easy to manage, very quick to learn for both our physician and patients.

There is no virtual waiting room so is difficult to schedule the calls. It takes very long to wait  for patient to answer.

When I have needed to contact Updox for technical support the wait was brief and they were able to get me the pertinent information very quickly so that the issue could be resolved.

We have chronic errors, and delays in the importing of documents from Updox into our actual EMR.

I like the options of preview documents before managing them, multiple document management, and the customer service.

The video quality is great. That's all I enjoyed for the 4 days that costs me $94.00.

In its previous rendition UpDox was very good and easy to use.

In general, however, the lack of response when the entire system is down is really a detriment to operations.

The ease of accessing the video directly from the patient’s profile in practice fusion is wonderful. The video visits usually run smoothly.

Updox is great to use for any office with multiple locations or any office wanting to be more environmentally  friendly.

Updox is a great program and has worked beautifully with Practice Fusion. The ease of having faxes come in and be able to directly link to a patients chart is invaluable.

I like that you can drop documents in and edit them. I do not write very legible and this allows me to fill out forms and edit documents with ease so they are legible.
