Excellent, comfort and speed of technology extends to the doctor's office.

It is difficult to get them to do anything in a timely manner.

I do not have much to say as a pro. The system was promised to have many valued featured however they are all at additional cost.

As a physician, if I treat my clients as badly as this company has treated my company over the years, I would expect to either have no clients or many lawsuits.

There is an odd quirk in the system intended to add versatility that can cause problems if you change your CPTs or add modifiers.

While customer service was never a strong suit (still is not - may be even worse now), it was user-friendly for the most part.

We have been using Emds for 6 years and have regretted the move ever since day 1. They lie to you to get you on board and the hidden costs are ridiculous.

In particular...when e-prescribing stopped working and I reported the error and situation to the tech team...I was told to update our computers.

I've used several Practice Management systems in the last 10 years and E-mds is the one I recommend to inquiring practices because of it's comprehensiveness and ease of use.

We purchased the software but had to wait over a month to get in the training class. While in  Austin, we verbally explained that it was not what we thought it was and too difficult for our staff.

We have finally decided to move away from emds. If you sign on with them, you too will regret it.

The software was easy to learn and easy to use. It also wasn't hard to teach a knew employee how to use it either.

In 2011 when we first purchased the software it was an amazing piece of software that fit the needs of our small clinic.

I don't ever remeber having to ever calling tech support because it was so user friendly.

Flawed,buggy, updates made a once great software unusable. Non-existant support made it unfixable.

Poor implementation, terrible customer support and even worse are hidden fees.

Then I requested a refund, which was denied because it was past the time frame.

Their customer service has to be one of the worst in the industry. You have to submit a ticket and it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get a reply.

Since the eMD's takeover, that part of the system is a complete shit show and I absolutely beg anyone NOT to sign up for this portion of the system.

It's quick and easy and I don't have to talk to anyone on the phone. I  also really like that I can see my own lab test results and that I have access to all my vaccinations.

EMDs is chalked full of errors, moves in a cogwheel fashion. I spend a substantial amount of time staring at me screen waiting for system to respond.

The charting involved a lot of clicking...but ultimately it produced a very high quality note and performed all of the functions a small clinic would hope for from an emr.

Cpt codes stopped loading...old templates no longer worked and were progressively harder to build.

As a small business owner, this is an affordable solution to help me run my business. The functionality meets my needs and there are more functions I can take advantage of as my business grows.

I have a hard time Seeing my credit card charges that I pay , and i cannot figure out how to change my routing information. So some things could be designed clearer.

The software is user friendly. Between the numerous integrations and the app I and my clients have been very satisfied with the ease of use.

I love that there are many benefits for clients, easy tutorials and for the most part Spa friendly.

That it helps me attract clients, the ease of setting it up and your customer support is amazing. The web design and logo team are wonderful and efficient.

Vagaro hands down offers the best product for the money with additional features than most that allow for things like customizable memberships and rewards programs.

If an error is made in the transaction, the program is not allowed to cancel.

The software was very computer friendly also you customer supports was there to answer all my questions in a rapid response time.

So now am stuck with used pay desk that i paid full price for it. Looking for another provider i am done with Vagaro very soon.

I switched over to Vagaro from MindBody Software and I am super glad I did. I have just about everything I need in one place that allows me to run my business seamlessly.

In terms of functioning there are glitched and We he Customer service is Terrible at giving the right advice.

We love how VagARO CONTINUES  TO UPGRADE AND INTEGRATE MORE FEATURES THAT ARE VALUABLE TO RUNNING OUR BEAUTY BUSINESS.

I love the compliments I receive from my clients because the ease of use and all the information I can provide to better prepare clients for their appointments.

We also love the fact that we have the app on our phones so we have the ease of having our schedules no matter where we are during the day.

I love pretty much everything about this software it is so easy to use and navigate. Simple yet it covers all aspects of what you need.

It's building it's features which is great. It's great for a business just starting out.

When this happens you do have the option to enter in card information manually, however you are charged extra for it which is another con.

I like that I am able to personalize my site however I’d like. It’s very helpful in creating websites and pretty much self explanatory when browsing thru all they have to offer.

Easy to Pull up on my Phone or P.C. Easy to checkout and Update Clients , Easy to build a Database, pretty easy to email right from a Clients Profile.

I have really enjoyed processing with Vagaro and the user friendly interface. I also love how my clients get emails and text reminders before their appointments.

I spend countless hours a month combing the system for these errors and it makes our company look incompetent to our customers.

Easy to use for me and my clients. They love the reminders and I love that all my salon information is in one location.

So completely useless for my business and a total waste of time trying to set up. This should be a big warning before you sign up.

NOTES:  I like this section it's comprehensive to different professions. The medical note section is helpful for massage therapists and other medically oriented professions.

Like, sincerely hands-down I am fan all the way. It's format is user friendly for my clients and my staff to learn.

Very poor I feel ripped off by their illegal refund policies. They ripped me off for $700 even though I never once used the service.

The price point is great. I love the ability to do payroll, run reports and credit card processing all in one place.

Like I mentioned before they have such amazing support, and training videos, and how to articles. It's incredibly user friendly.

I loved the marketing tools. The website builder and the access to easy use SOAP notes is what sold this to me, in addition to the pricing.

I like the ease of use, the scheduling and the integration of Zoom.

I am enjoying my experience and happy there is a software that takes care of the basic yoga studio needs at a great price.

Forced to have to buy gift cards that are expensive to purchase through them. Charges for the visa use was more expensive then my bank charges.

There was no comparison. My favorite things about vagaro is the amazing customer service, ease of use, and the ability to use on both desk top and mobile devices.

Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.

It is easy for me to use and I do enjoy the lay out of it all. Customer support is great as well.

I love how easy it is to manage my accounting through Vagaro. Booking and Merchant services are easy and affordable.

They continue to update and improve it all the time, and have very good live customer service, which is so important when there is an issue that needs immediate attention.

Sometimes it's difficult to find what I'm looking for. That can be frustrating when I'm with a client.

They LOVE having the ability to see their schedules from the personal smart phone/ tablet when they aren't at work. Our client's LOVE their texting reminders.

I also appreciate being able to see my stat's for the month and year. It's a great help for taxes.

Seems to be pretty user friendly and I'm still learn the ins and outs but for the most part I am enjoying it. Would recommend it to other users.

I love that it is easy to navigate. Also very nice I can do everything pretty much from my mobile device.

The websites we can create are professional and super easy to create. Add ons like shopping cart to your website are inexpensive and easy to turn on/off at any time...I have done so, many times.

I am extremely satisfied with Vagaro and all supports in place. I recommend it to colleagues in the field.

The only dislike is that we can not add the pets name.
