This system is really easy friendly. All of the staff have been very helpful and get back to our issues in a timely manner.

Intuitive software that I've found to be super user friendly.

The consistent problem is when it interfaces with another program. We have had concerns when scheduling patients as well as billing.

PracticeAdmin is great for Anesthesia practices. I love how the system can auto-populate billing codes as I enter them which saves me time. I don’t have to manually do the math.

Claims entry is quick and easy. Claims entry and clearinghouse integration are seamless.

We have been very pleased with the functionality and effectiveness of Practice Manager and appreciate very much all of the support we receive from the PracticeAdmin Team.

Practice Admin is one of many Practice Management systems that I have used. It is my choice for clients without an integrated EMR/PMS solution.

The only problem I ever had with this product is that it tends to freeze or not respond when the computer needs to be updated to keep up with its running system.

The patient transaction history screens are very confusing and almost useless.

This program is pretty easy user friendly. It has been good to work with overall.

Customer service and tech service is outstanding and, by far, the best I have ever encountered with a Practice Management program.

It is simple to implement, easy to get EDI in place and works well for practices of 1-5 physicians. The pricing is so competitive and makes it a great choice for all of my clients.

It has been difficult for me to learn how to build specific reports. I always have to ask for assistance when creating new reports.

I would not recommend this software to a first time EHR user , however once you have used this software it easier to Navigate others.

At times,  RevolutionEHR will not allow me to login to my account unless I try several different times. This can be very frustrating with a busy day with many patients to look up.

Overall we like Revolution EHR better than some other software we have tried in the past. They need to fix the bugs and it would be a lot better.

The thing that I liked most about using this software was the ease of contacting a customer service representative.

It is easy to use and the customer service is the best.

For me, however, it was a comparison of overall features vs cost. The amazing Customer Service was also impossible to pass up.

There are other areas I was impressed with such as contact lens ordering, referrals programmed for my frequent referral doctors, and an accounting /insurance section.

She was absolutely fantastic and helped my transition from Office Mate. She responds to my emails very quickly and she took her time teaching me tips and tricks to go faster.

My support staff also love using the software.

Can keep scanned documents under each patient as needed in an organized fashion. Can keep a good patient history that is easy to access.

I can integrate with other products like IntakeQ to be completely paperless. I look more modern and can be more hygienic.

When the system delays when opening different tabs can get frustrating. But this isn't  all the time.

Auto ICD10 conversion is amazing. Integrated optical and exam in a single system makes things easy.

She listened to my urgency of needing to be set up in 1 week - and she did it. She is so extremely supportive.

Overall just a great program that is easy to use.

Difficult to save/recall referral letters generated by the software.

Ease of finding patient info and using it for patient care, revenue and communication.
