This system is really easy friendly. All of the staff have been very helpful and get back to our issues in a timely manner.

Intuitive software that I've found to be super user friendly.

The consistent problem is when it interfaces with another program. We have had concerns when scheduling patients as well as billing.

PracticeAdmin is great for Anesthesia practices. I love how the system can auto-populate billing codes as I enter them which saves me time. I don’t have to manually do the math.

Claims entry is quick and easy. Claims entry and clearinghouse integration are seamless.

Practice Admin is one of many Practice Management systems that I have used. It is my choice for clients without an integrated EMR/PMS solution.

The only problem I ever had with this product is that it tends to freeze or not respond when the computer needs to be updated to keep up with its running system.

I am 2 1/2 months into this with no end in sight. Now I can't get them to switch me back to my old company.

Then WebPT exposed some of our data to a clinic in another state, and refused to take responsibility - we narrowly avoided huge problems which were caused by their security error.

When there are problems they seem to shrug it off rather than fixing it. We have had multiple issues which are costing my business money and they do not seem to be taking our concerns seriously.

They are not clearinghouse so you have 2 or 3 channels places everything is going and they all blame it on the other part.

I love the fact that I have access to support (an actual person, that will listen to my problems and resolve any issues that may arise).

I have been a user of this tool for over 2 years, all has been very good, lots of features, lots of good templates, and pretty easy to set up and use.

It’s easy to use and navigate. I also like that it integrates directly with WebPT.

If you make manual entry errors it can take several steps with customer service guidance to get things cleaned up.

Customer support is great. I have never had such great customer support.
