There is a lack of flexibility in some areas, ie configuration of the payment page for new members. Also, there is some limitation in capabilities of the communication tools.

Club membership of a voluntary organisation is always a problem. I'm looking for some way to consolidate all the bits and pieces various members are storing.

Paypal is a necessary evil. You could add that if you can.

When my members request the reset password email, they don't get it, it doesn't arrive and then they cancel their membership.
