  • Pros

  • Onboarding team made the process seamless. Help center is beyond helpful and thorough.
  • The clean and easily digestible, super user-friendly interface.
  • Cons

  • There have been a few functions we have lost with having to use QBO versus QB desktop.
  • Whenever there is a feature I don't like, it is usually fixed within a few months. Novi is constantly listening to its customers, and innovating.

  • It is intuitive, has good customer support and a great users group.
  • The Timberlake team/developers continue to investigate. I think all the people at Timberlake are very helpful, friendly, supportive and knowledgeable--and quick to respond if there is an issue.
  • Cons

  • Not having a functional certification database option is what we dislike the most.
  • Recurring problems with members not receiving password reset emails.
