Novi's customer service and responsiveness are the best I've seen from a vendor. Our website and database are intuitive and easy to use, and the chat function for customer support is quick.

It's easy to use, the training was thorough, and I like that it integrates with Quickbooks online.

There have been a few functions we have lost with having to use QBO versus QB desktop.

Our data coming in was in bad shape so it took longer to get set up.
