If you had an automated way of importing the HRIS file that could check for errors, it would decrease your workload and the amount of emails sent, when a file is not in the correct format.

Connections between States ( we straddle two states so this has been great for networking).

Not so much a MentorcliQ lack, but more in our data, we wanted to prevent reporting line pairs.

The only con I have experienced is that there is no spell check on the program administrator side. No one wants to send out mass emails with spelling mistakes or typos.

1) Schedule a conversation with us as we believe you should 'know the chefs before you buy the soup'. We are welcoming, lovable, approachable people, who like to understand our client's requirements, mainly the 'why'. We will do our best to bring in our Founder and CEO who is soul of our company to our 1st conversation. He is the author of 'The Art of Mentoring' and globally recognized thought leader and a TED Vanguard Fellow.

2) If you like what you heard and saw, then we will schedule a 2nd conversation with an extended team from your side so all of the stakeholders experience the magic of MentorCloud platform and team.

3) You will know that we are ISO27001:2013 certified, GDPR compliant and that we take data security, privacy and integrity very seriously. And that we frequently run tests on our AWS servers to ensure the security of the network and the application.

4) You will then share with us your business goals and key challenges, from which we will identify the scope of our partnership, and share a proposal for your review.

5) If you have an IT or Vendor review team as part of your buying process, they will initiate a review with our tech team, and we will make sure they are 100% comfortable with our tech stack and security (actually, our ISO 27001 should  say it all).

6) Some will ask us for a digitally executable proposal and sign it. Some larger organizations will want to review the proposal with us and make adjustments.
