- More often than not, there is more than one way to meet our needs and it is just a matter of choosing the solution that works for us.
- It also keeps us linked to other vendors, systems, etc, so everything is in touch with one another. For a more fluid process, this is highly recommended.
Cons
- Not much that I don't like. It can be intimidating to folks who are too savvy with technology.
- If you do anything else besides certification or association management, it may not meet ALL of your needs. Or you may need to pay extra for it.
Pros
- CharityTracker is user friendly and intuitive. They software allows us to serve our clients and provide referrals effectively and with integrity.
- This gives you quick demographic information and fast data that can be useful—a friendly resource to connect you to local grassroots work.
Cons
- After I add a few more cases, the software will keep logging me out again. This has been very frustrating.
- What I dislike about this software is that when their is duplicate accounts it was a difficult process it combine the accounts.
