  • Pros

  • I like that Avaza simplifies issue, time and cost tracking on projects. Integration with third-party applications is an added advantage as it advances capabilities.
  • For my own personal use, though, what I probably like best is the notifications sent straight to my email - including the fact that I can directly access finished projects/documents from those emails.
  • Cons

  • No way to use offline on pc as its an online web based application.
  • While there are some issues with Avaza, they're all very minor. Simple things like limited viewing options for time sheets, the inability to assign tasks to multiple users, and the limited templates.

  • The export of this, is easy and in the standard formats fast to realize. The dashboard is clearly arranged and offers all necessary functions.
  • The easiness to switch between customers and jobs is just great.
  • Cons

  • If you press the buzzer, the time recording stops. If you want to continue working, you have to select the customer and the task again.
  • We missed the integration to microsoft but work on it.
