  • Pros

  • You can appreciate the ease and simplicity of the software.
  • I like the cost - so much cheaper than the software we were using.
  • Cons

  • My only complaint is they are no longer working with Keller Williams after this month. I'm going to miss having access to it and have even considered paying for it personally.
  • Everyone in my company is leaving DotLoop because of the conflict of interest and the way Zillow has stabbed us in the back as agents.

  • Ease of use and customization. GDPR features are amazing.
  • Great contant and task management, great e-mail tracking - it simply does what I expect.

  • Application updates sometimes have problems after deploymentThere is a problem with the limitation for offlining the database, since it runs locally on the SQL Express server (local db).
  • Occasional application crash, some data fields are different from Outlook.
