Delay in course update, the mobile testing course is really outdated.

I needed to escalate to my manager and threaten to cancel the subscription in order to get a response. Support would take weeks to return emails even after requesting updates daily.

Overall positive, the content is really good and the catalog extensive.

Overall I enjoy the experience with INE but feel like the price is overwhelming to unlock the entire library.

The only feature I did not like that much was the lack of being able to track paths.

Even if you have experience you can view many problems from different point of view. After watching these courses you will be better network engineer.

I've only been using INE for 6 months now but since enrolling I am gaining a better understanding of Pen-Testing and the good habits one should maintain to be successful in the field.

Their training is comprehensive and starts with an easy-to-follow outline. I never feel lost or unable to continue the training.

No least about the only thing is a bit expensive.

Learning categories are separated well so review is easier for more efficient use of time.

Currently doing eJPTv2, the course has great content and it's good value for money.

The quality of the courses is great and mainly the lab environments , really quick and a mature platform offering all we need to gain the knowledge.

If you travel with your pc/tablet and there is no connection or is bad, this would be very useful (i've experienced this for instance while flying).

The thing I like the most about INE is their course materials, learning paths and the labs. And their support is also great.

No advance courses for cyber security, some course from pentester academy are missing.

When you start a course with several topics it's difficult to find the next topic once you finish one or resume where you left off. Videos also don't auto play the next once one is finished.

The learning paths are varied and extremely useful. They range from basic to advanced level, suitable for anyone.

Overall, the I like that the eJPTv2 exam was inexpensive and allowed me to test the waters of pentesting--which I found that I enjoy and I would be happy working as a pentester.

Ease of use(eg: learning path)  and teaching methodology is great with quality and integrity.

I find that paying for a subscription and be able to perform any courses is an excellent feature. There's a lot to learn and there's also labs which is what I was looking for.

The plugin is handy and are what makes it really rich although the cost of the plugins can start to add up if they are used they are good value.

Confluence is not the most intuitive program and learning to properly navigate it took a while. I also dislike that it is possible for one corrupted page to crash a whole file.

Do almost anything with the documentation by just using the internet browser is really awesome. The integration with jira is pretty good.

Customer service is always available and is super helpful.

I dislike that Confluence gets a little confusing with multiple links for the same page (a long link and a short link), but it is hard to differentiate.

You also need to make sure that obsolete information is cleaned or marked obsolete, otherwise documentation rot can make information difficult to find.

Great editor tools and easy to make my pages look content rich and informative. Good search and folder structure is great for organizing content.

Great product for sharing software creation and communications. I really enjoyed the workflow and ability to communicate with several developers.

Confluence syntax is confusing for new users, its preview function is not working well when having micro or embed script.

I integrate it with jira to show any kind of  project progress. The version control feature on confluence is excellent and the fact that multiple people can edit a page at the same time is awesome.

It happened to our team and it made using Confluence unpleasant and annoying.

Like most about it easy way to document the pages. And best way to store the important document required for business purpose.

I think that Confluene is very useful and worth the time and investment.

The one thing i dislike about it is when there are topics to click on and it jumps to that supposed topic but there's no information there. I'd guess the editor was not able to remove that section.

It features a exuberant number of plugins to construct a document , so many are advances and have to learn. One important plugin that i use is the Architecture diagram building editor.

Customer support is very easily accessible and quick resolution. The deplyomnet is also easy with option of cloud server and in-house server deployemnt.

Which is great for customer support and of course technical documentation. Did I mention that you can create as many different wikis as you like.

Confuence is very easy to use and makes documentation fun and collaboration with others a breeze. It helps us organize and document our work, from meeting notes to operational documentation.

Confluence cloud allows to make the documentation space more scalable. The solution is so popular it can be integrated with most of the solutions.

I also love the version control as that becomes increasingly important as the number of contributors or complexity of the page goes up.

I have had an overall good experience with Confluence and it is easy to create and share documents. If you are using JIRA already I would recommend this.
