A  minor issue is the layout. It is easy to place time in the wrong category due to how the lines are laid out.

No more hounding staff for their timesheets; these are online, and staff must complete them to be paid. You can check to see if your staff is contemporaneously keeping up with their time accounting.

It's reliable, easy to use, the customer support is great and the price isn't bad.

It makes it easy to allocate staff time among different projects and funding sources. Our government granting agencies love the accuracy that this reporting provides.

There were a lot of things I did not like about this tool. Terrible User Interface.

Software support has been great over the years and they work well with our IT department to quickly and efficiently resolve issues as they occur.

Users can't recall their own timesheets after submitting - instead must notify manager to have it rejected, time tracking on a detailed task level would be really tedious.

I recommend it because it helps to accelerate many administrative and accounting processes allowing a more fluid development of the projects under development.

There are only a few folks in our company who know the ins and outs of Journyx, and that tends to be a problem when others need to make changes.

It is a very good way to keep time for a non-profit organization as we can put in remarks and notes that help us identify individual cases in more detail.

Ability to customize, integration with QuickBooks, reporting.

Ease of use and administration is the most important thing.

This makes time tracking easy. But prior to this workflow, tracking detailed time was frustrating and less standardized across employees.

By far the strength of Journyx is the breadth of platform integrations, making it seamless and easy to stand up quickly. It also has a nice interface and is fairly simple to navigate.

Overall we had a great experience with Journyx but the needs of our business exceeded the capabilities of the system.

Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.

Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.

Trello has lend a great helping hand in organizing my projects and improves my productivity in then professional environment.

I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.

While you can utilize board histories to access lost cards, I found that too often some of our cards were inadvertently deleted by users.

Everyone in the company can see what is going on and what they need to do, and no information is lost.

Fantastic on mobile which is a brilliant plus especially when on-the-go. Reasonably priced if you want to upgrade to the paid version.

The seamless integration of features. It's so easy to switch between boards, clearly see all projects, and the timeline of all upcoming deadlines thanks to the wonderful (and rare) calendar feature.

I wish more of the aesthetic features were not restricted to those who pay a subscription. But that is a very minor complaint.

I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.

For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.

Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.

What I like most about Trello is the ability to neatly lay out tasks and share those tasks with other users that have an interest in the progress or users that will also be working on the tasks.
