I like the calendar to view team member's leave status easily. And I also like to half day sign.

The software is user-friendly, and the buttons are easily accessible. We are able to extract data that we require as administrators, and the users can learn how to use the software readily.

Long loading time, don't have indicator to know whether the page is loading. Confusing upload function that existed twice in same page.

The software has many different formats of report generation and payslips which is of great help in deciding how we want the information feeded in.

Software is easy to navigate around the pages and is user friendly. Good effort in having this system.

The Biggest issue is the implementation is horrible. Till date, the system are not fully utilized.

So far the support and the system has been very pleasant.

Overall, Justlogin has saved us significant time and resource in HR and payroll management.

Leave management reports are too limited (eg. cannot generate all types of leave balance in 1 report). If want to sign up for new account, need to manually contact the sales staff.

Justlogin has a very professional team to support you in the implementation and set up phase. Subsequently, they also provide excellent technical support.

We use Xero as well as Google drive in our bid to have everything operate seamlessly on the cloud, so the integration with Xero was an important factor.

The other issue is that we have to manually submit the Voluntary CPF contributions as there is no digital provision in JustLogin.

It helps to monitor the payroll easily and syncs the data for easy filing of the tax return.

The ease of use with this software helps me to get my work done fast in the shortest possible time.

Waiting for the approval has been easy also, applying my leaves has been very easy as it reflects how many days leave i have and can be applied.

The pros of the software are listed below. The personnel from JustLogin good at the software; they are also up to date with all the developments in the field of manpower including legal or otherwise.

The customer service team is professional and are able to resolve any issues that I have promptly.

There are times when the system fails to register a clock in time or clock out time that frustrates the staff.

Justlogin has shown itself a company that is very responsive to users' needs and feedback. Plus they're always innovating to solidify its relevance.

Easy effective leave application & tracking tools.

Justlogin is fairly intuitive and easy to use.

The leave module was quite painful as it is relatively inflexible.

It is also good that the software is continuously being improved to the users' benefit at no additional cost. I'm glad that I chose Justlogin over the other payroll softwares in the market.

Price cheap and simple to use, meet the main criteria to compute leave balance during resignation. Easy to update on the public holiday and check on the leave balance of individual.

I like the fact that the software is user friendly with easy to use features. The payroll software is very suitable for SMEs like us who prefers a simple solution to our monthly payroll needs.

There were occasional issues with the timeclock where employees would clock in but there are delays or no entry in capturing the data in the website, hence we have to manually adjust the timeclock.

Some of my employees have foreign addresses e.g. Malaysia addresses that can be rather long and cannot be entered fully under the address section due to the limited character space allocated to it.

We would definitely recommend Justlogin to anyone considering an integrated HR Cloud System.

The simplicity of common functionality to get things done. The website is trying to improve, even with very minimum outcome.

We seldom use this application and no comment. We are a small set up that do not require this product.

For staff sick leave is difficult to update when we use this software in mid of year. I want to update staff sick leave in actual number of days but it is unsuccessful.

We have thus managed to meet the needs of our 15 employees without having to bring on a dedicated or trained HR professional into the company.

Quick login with less lagging. It is easy to be used ones i have been briefed about the submission of my weekly time sheet.

Good experience, onboarding was quite straight forward.

Cost is a strong advantage it has other competitor Mircosoft.

The plugin is handy and are what makes it really rich although the cost of the plugins can start to add up if they are used they are good value.

Confluence is not the most intuitive program and learning to properly navigate it took a while. I also dislike that it is possible for one corrupted page to crash a whole file.

Do almost anything with the documentation by just using the internet browser is really awesome. The integration with jira is pretty good.

Customer service is always available and is super helpful.

I dislike that Confluence gets a little confusing with multiple links for the same page (a long link and a short link), but it is hard to differentiate.

You also need to make sure that obsolete information is cleaned or marked obsolete, otherwise documentation rot can make information difficult to find.

Great editor tools and easy to make my pages look content rich and informative. Good search and folder structure is great for organizing content.

Great product for sharing software creation and communications. I really enjoyed the workflow and ability to communicate with several developers.

Confluence syntax is confusing for new users, its preview function is not working well when having micro or embed script.

I integrate it with jira to show any kind of  project progress. The version control feature on confluence is excellent and the fact that multiple people can edit a page at the same time is awesome.

It happened to our team and it made using Confluence unpleasant and annoying.

Like most about it easy way to document the pages. And best way to store the important document required for business purpose.

I think that Confluene is very useful and worth the time and investment.

The one thing i dislike about it is when there are topics to click on and it jumps to that supposed topic but there's no information there. I'd guess the editor was not able to remove that section.

It features a exuberant number of plugins to construct a document , so many are advances and have to learn. One important plugin that i use is the Architecture diagram building editor.

Customer support is very easily accessible and quick resolution. The deplyomnet is also easy with option of cloud server and in-house server deployemnt.

Which is great for customer support and of course technical documentation. Did I mention that you can create as many different wikis as you like.

Confuence is very easy to use and makes documentation fun and collaboration with others a breeze. It helps us organize and document our work, from meeting notes to operational documentation.

Confluence cloud allows to make the documentation space more scalable. The solution is so popular it can be integrated with most of the solutions.

I also love the version control as that becomes increasingly important as the number of contributors or complexity of the page goes up.

I have had an overall good experience with Confluence and it is easy to create and share documents. If you are using JIRA already I would recommend this.
