  • Pros

  • Planner is intuitive, robust, and deeply connected and integrated with Microsoft 365.
  • MS Planner is fully integrated into the Office365 suite. Next to this, adding items is very fast and easy to do because of the low amount of required fields.
  • Cons

  • There is a lack of way of dividing activities into steps and setting deadlines.
  • It does have limits in the enterprise tier we have. The most annoying is that we can't tag team members in the comments of tasks and we can't create sub-tasks within it.

  • Flexibility on configuration plus control features useful for regulated clients.
  • Great customization possibilities for reports. REST API available and well documented.
  • Cons

  • The report generated is not as extensive is it should, some details are not readily included and no customization to the report seem can be done.
  • When lots of test cases are created the app gets sloppy and confused.
