That it is really user friendly; never heard of Ravetree until I began working at The Bookkeeper. Wonderful tool to track and prioritize tasks.

Ravetree feels like the perfect blend of being universal enough for the masses and customized for the individual peculiarities of a mid-market full-service advertising agency of 35 people (i.e. us).

At the time of this review, there was no public API, which for us is a deal-breaker.

Responsiveness of support team & customization. I love logging time to my timesheet directly from the kanban board.

In addition, Customer rep has consistently delivered the human element of a technology/subscription delivery and made it feel like we were a priority at each at every turn.

What Ravetree has going for it is management of the project along with progress against budget.

Ease of use and ability to ramp other team members easily.

User friendliness and ability to pinpoint projects easily and time associated with each. I also like being able to transition ownership based on the stage of the project.

It also has a pretty intuitive user experience. The kanban board is a useful feature and I like being able to see how many billable and non-billable hours I'm logging each day.

My overall experience with Ravetree is that What I could say is that the software is highly recommended, it has so many useful features for businesses.

Sometimes, getting alerts can be difficult. If you miss an email, you may miss an update or a tag in Ravetree.

It's a mystery why that aspect of PM is so neglected by many other apps.

The comment section of RT is where I spend most of my time. I love the ability to comment and tag people directly in a conversation.

I have trouble finding tasks that I have marked complete. If i don't know the specific name it's hard to find them.

The ability to upload file versions within the same upload and select which version you'd like to view. This keeps project files/uploads organized and helps us to easier find and look at versions.

In-depth programm for business use, a lot of professional features like portfolio dashboard, kanban, backlog. Great reporting and visualisation.

Its cost effective as compared to its other counter parts which makes it popular among early stage start ups.

Keeps me in line so I don't bounce around the job on different parts of the job it helps keep me focused on the phase in on before moving to the next.

The product has been very stable, which is a key requirement. There are fantastic integrations available with other systems that are used in our dev environment.

It is a great option to manage workflows and it can be useful to develop agile best practices.

Very time consuming at the beginning because of missing drafts or templates.

There are no tools to evaluate the effectiveness of time spent. There is no way to leave comments on tasks and attach documents to cards.

That it helps run the business better and faster and they update the software better then the other software programs.

There was a lack of integrations with other productivity and deployment tools at our company.

I initially liked the program with its well-designed user interface, which developers still continue to improve. It is always easy to get help from customer support.

Tracking and reporting at a project level is still very weak.

It pretty straight forward and easy to customize.

For me it’s a great intuitive because with this type of visual focus I can plan and even execute different strategies even without getting any uncertainties.

Like it and will recommend it to anyone in need of an easy to use task management system.

As admin on TP I have big flexibility with user management. Licensing is flexible and it is easy to add or remove some team members.
