We still have money missing. A lot of features there isn’t a way to undo.

I will say the owners sometimes have trouble signing in, or remembering user name or password and we have to reset that on our end.

Another bug that we have been waiting over 1 /12 weeks for them to fix. Their support is the worst I have ever experienced in the IT world.

The software is intuitive and very solid. Tons of features, more than one could possible use, which is great.

I have found this product to be user friendly and allows us to better serve our communities.

We needed something to work with our existing association management software and FrontSteps has working perfectly.

In a short amount of time, we have transformed the overall user experience for our company, yielding positive results.

The worst Product and Support I have ever experienced.

Communication is extremely poor, i find myself every week sending emails with no response, i mean NO response.

The websites we use for our associations have many benefits, and saves the associations money for distributing newsletters, flyers, etc. which is always a good thing.

Ease of Integration with TOPS One and synchronization with  back office functions.

Frontsteps is a great company with professionals who are dedicated to their craft. Always responsive and friendly, I look forward to working with them for a long time to come.

FrontSteps has been very helpful and timely in resolving support questions.

Easy to use and the technical help and customer service are great.

Any time I have reached out to the IT Help Desk they were awesome. This is a great software program and the people behind it are even better.

As the administrative person utilizing this Frontsteps for Association websites, I like the ease of the functions to get done what I need.

There are constraints that do not allow the end user flexibility in undoing or removing  an entry or repairing a mistake.

It allows for many options and different processes that allow the user to perform their job. Another aspect I enjoy is the integrated accounting within the Caliber.

I have been handed over the website without any formal training and do find it difficult to navigate the back end of the site at times.

Lack of response from customer service. Videos supplied didn't work.

Again, being charged a large fee to pay dues seems outrageous to me, again, not sure if this is a fronts steps issue or not.

The files section is not use friendly either. You are unable to drag items/documents from 1 file to another.

Frontsteps is a crappy software package. It is very limited in terms of customizing, they change features without telling clients, their service is bad, and they do not backup their servers.

From an End User Prospective Failed to meet Expectations.

The interface is extremely poor. Naming of menu items and submenus make no sense.

My experience has been a good one. Always helpful and on top of things.

Fairly easy to use although there was no training.

Great place for community to use all tool to communicate with Condo Board of Directors. It as helps BOD to send out bulletins to the community with ease.

Now they don't answer the phone, you leave a message, and/or you submit issue via e-mail and it takes one week before you hear back from them.

Great company, great innovation, the employees are always pleasant.

After an exhaustive search, we selected Property Blvd as a SAS solution and it has been a great fit for our business.

The ease of conversion and their quick ability to design reports that copied our existing processes were of great benefit. I am also very impressed by the personal support of their staff.

We are happy with our choice and like Property Boulevard.

Property Boulevard stops working every time my computer system does an automatic update/upgrade. Then I have to reset Property Boulevard.

Customer support has been great. We ask questions and receive answers promptly via e-mail and we also arrange tele-conferences using Go-To-Assist.

Inputting information is quick and easy. The reports are not glitzy looking, but they provide the information that is needed.

There isn't much that I dislike about this product. If anything, the only thing I dislike is that when my internet is down I cannot connect to Property Boulevard.

The accounting solution allows for integration with the property/tenant/vendor solution at the client's disposition, which is great.

Payroll and no drill down function in reports. Cannot create own report from data unless you are a crystal programmer.

It is great software, and you will learn to appreciate it as you utilize it. Also, use the online training they offer.

Overall, the software handles the Property/Tenant relationship with great reports and easy to use features.

Property Boulevard is efficient in every way – I cannot believe how much money and time it is saving us. The support team quickly responds to any challenge like magic.

Half of the time he does not actually even solve the problem, just basically tells you to live with the malfunction and carry on.

The customer service people are very knowledgeable, nice and respond quickly. Management reports are fabulous.

It's powerful and easy to use. Business and accounting rules are set once, and the daily transactions are fully automated.

However, the absolute worst part of this program is the customer service.

I am a relatively calm person but anytime I have to speak with him, my blood pressure rises. I honestly cannot stand him and it is appalling how there is NO ONE ELSE to talk to over there.
