Easy to set up and launch. Customer service was very timely and helpful.

But a question to our contact revealed the magic trick of using @example.com. I like the ease of changing web pages' content, with the preview option to make certain the changes look right.

We had an event that we charged outsiders to attend.

Overall, it was a great pleasure to work in the software and the build and implementation was actually fun.

Ease of use / customer support. The options are very useful.

Super intuitive to quickly setup and configure any HOA website. You don’t need a webmaster to manage/maintain your site, your HOA volunteers can manage this.

They are very open & responsive in their communications and have comprehensive customer support.

Some of the features on the site set up have been a little confusing, and the site navigation sometimes felt a little unnecessarily complicated.

The ease of use, look and feel are terrific, and we cut our annual costs in half.

It was difficult to navigate, and to administrate, so after the last administrator left, it never go used, but we were still paying for the monthly subscription.

Multiple calendar/event options are great for busy communities who want to organize multiple board/committee meetings and community events.

I like the clean manner in which members and addresses are handled. It's extraordinarily easy if you have learned  to get data  from your county assessor's database.

We had a bespoke website for our Homeowner's Association, and they were raising the price. We researched Homeowner Association-specific software, and was delighted to find HOAStart.

HOA Start has their own modern, mobile friendly website builder. Other competitors in the industry were expecting us to use Weebly or Wordpress as an afterthought, and there’s no integration.

Admittedly, it may be user error but haven't been able to figure this one out.

It's easy to use, administer and change. Also, it's newer than most of it's competitors out there.

The household data import/upload has been a little complex, but the big one for use was the inability to delete it (as an admin) and start over.

The implementation coordination was excellent. SENSITIVE CONTENT], our coordinator, was able to quickly identify our needs and help guide us through implementation.

As our HOA administrator, I was really surprised how easy it was to get our website configured and 'live' so quickly. I was able to use our existing domain name which was a plus too.

We were forced to leave our previous host company due to a change in their business strategy.

If you make a mistake sometimes, it will be a little difficult to change it. And update information is not easy.

The reports are professional looking and easy to run. Support is very helpful on the rare occasion that we need them.

The reports are clear and easy to read, plus being able to create customized reports is a huge asset.

I am able to utilize and convert them to excel sheets or PDF's to use the information integrated with other reports that I produce.

It is wonderful to be able to click on a transaction directly from a report to few the GL coding and description.

My only dislike of Skyline is the fact that it takes a lot to build knowledge of the software with no real help manual or the lack of support from Qualitech.

The cherry on the cake: Your support fees get you nothing but excuses and the offer to charge you more to learn what the failed to teach in training.

You will get some errors in some time. I sometimes know about all the software being spoiled with Skilin, you need a full time person to deal with errors.

They are quick to respond and very helpful. Like the fact that we can call tech support and they can connect remotely to help figure your issue.

Great integration of Property Information with Operating Results.

Overall, I am happy with Skyline. It has it's quirks, but then all of the property management solutions have them.

Great value and basic accounting functionality, ability to do custom reports with Cumulus (Excel add-on) and Crystal Reporting.

Skyline offers excellent technical support and had recommended one expert to us whom we are still using to-date. We are very happy customers.

Recommended set up result in numerous general ledger errors which was extremely time consuming to remedy. Still uncomfortable with its proper operation.

What I like most about the product is the customer sevice.

We've been using it for over 20 years and I've been using it for over 14 years. It's continued to improve and we've been happy with the changes made.

Today I was forced to make a one sided entry in order to balance the books. In the last two years, we have thrown money towards fixing a problem and it is still not fixed.

The price point relative to competing platforms is also quite low. It is a great system for companies with simple needs.

Ease of entry on the data entry screens and the ease in running of most reports.

Overall after years of using the software I stand firm on the customer service I receive when I have problems.

Within a year I was able to operate the database on my own. I still call once in awhile if I have questions, or need help.

I enjoy coming to work and working in the Skyline Database, its fun and easy to use.

The price point, in comparison to other property management software on the market, is also a huge plus.
