Birdeye vs Podium

Campaign set up could have been a little more intuitive but the support team and doc library was great when it came to answering any questions we had.

At times I found it hard to navigate between master settings and client settings. But once I got the hang of it, no issues!

Set-up was easy however it took use a while to get everyone to use the program as intended. Took a little while to set-up.

Sometimes the home page can glitch, but it's always resolved momentarily.
