The plugin is handy and are what makes it really rich although the cost of the plugins can start to add up if they are used they are good value.

The product works, and is great for startup companies that don't want to invest in something more powerful.

Confluence is not the most intuitive program and learning to properly navigate it took a while. I also dislike that it is possible for one corrupted page to crash a whole file.

Do almost anything with the documentation by just using the internet browser is really awesome. The integration with jira is pretty good.

Customer service is always available and is super helpful.

I dislike that Confluence gets a little confusing with multiple links for the same page (a long link and a short link), but it is hard to differentiate.

You also need to make sure that obsolete information is cleaned or marked obsolete, otherwise documentation rot can make information difficult to find.

Great editor tools and easy to make my pages look content rich and informative. Good search and folder structure is great for organizing content.

Great product for sharing software creation and communications. I really enjoyed the workflow and ability to communicate with several developers.

Confluence syntax is confusing for new users, its preview function is not working well when having micro or embed script.

I integrate it with jira to show any kind of  project progress. The version control feature on confluence is excellent and the fact that multiple people can edit a page at the same time is awesome.

It happened to our team and it made using Confluence unpleasant and annoying.

Like most about it easy way to document the pages. And best way to store the important document required for business purpose.

I think that Confluene is very useful and worth the time and investment.

The one thing i dislike about it is when there are topics to click on and it jumps to that supposed topic but there's no information there. I'd guess the editor was not able to remove that section.

It features a exuberant number of plugins to construct a document , so many are advances and have to learn. One important plugin that i use is the Architecture diagram building editor.

Customer support is very easily accessible and quick resolution. The deplyomnet is also easy with option of cloud server and in-house server deployemnt.

Which is great for customer support and of course technical documentation. Did I mention that you can create as many different wikis as you like.

Confuence is very easy to use and makes documentation fun and collaboration with others a breeze. It helps us organize and document our work, from meeting notes to operational documentation.

Confluence cloud allows to make the documentation space more scalable. The solution is so popular it can be integrated with most of the solutions.

I also love the version control as that becomes increasingly important as the number of contributors or complexity of the page goes up.

I have had an overall good experience with Confluence and it is easy to create and share documents. If you are using JIRA already I would recommend this.

Honestly, I love the color schemes. It makes it very easy to use because of bold colors.

It has a lot of integration options (e.g., create tasks from Outlook email -- which is quite nice).

Wrike allowed me to structure my tasks and to follow my progress in the projects. This allows for better time management and the effect of the work accomplished is very beneficial.

Lastly,​ if it's​ not working out for you cancel the auto-renewal​ ASAP.

What I really hated about Wrike is how user unfriendly it is.

It's by far the best platform on the market- we looked at over ten. Great for creatives; love the Adobe Creative Cloud integration.

It is a very good tool to do collaborative work, we like it because it focuses on improving communication and keeping everyone attentive and integrated into the projects.

Overall I am happy, just reduce the cost and the reporting section and we would have a winning software.

I like that wrike provide us functions and tools to work in a easy way, I like that those functions with the graphic interface works really good and I like that you can use them to upgrade your work.

Wrike has come a long way and continues to grow. The fact that they start you off with very good features for free is a testament to their commitment to their user base.

Zero cost entry into project collaboration and organisation. Wrike is more powerful than Asana here because it does more for a lot less.

I like that I am abke to track time, issue and cost spent on projects in real-time with Wrike.

The flexibility and customisation makes it a bit confusing to start with, and I also found that the initial set up we had was not optimal.

We were very happy to see Wrike had a friendly and very usable interface that non-PM focused users could interact with easily.

The fact that I have to go into a submenu to close the panel is ridiculous.

Wrike was an awesome tool and allowed me to interact with other departments in such a smart way. The features offered made communication seamless and ensured that nothing fell through the cracks.

There was SO much on Wrike that it became hard to use and intimidating.

It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.

There are some great features and modules. I think the software is capable of being a great tool in project management.

I really enjoyed some of the unique features like the robust reporting and the apps/integrations. The UI was also pleasant.

Annotating repetitive tasks is the best thing that I have experienced so far. Additionally, it is easy to track progress of work with Wrike.

I've been very sad and puzzled at the disconnect from what project planning and project management is, and the lack of desire to connect or find a solution for prospective customers.

A great do it all, would be the perfect tool if it wasn't for the price and reliability of the app.

Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.

This software is great for collaborating on tasks with other colleagues. I like that I can set deadline dates and update the task anytime I want and the changes will be tracked.

It has excellent integration with Apple operating systems, both with Mac and iPhone, which allows us to be connected at all times.

The software is good, and we like the desktop user interface. The business has improved project management overall, and it was generally easy to implement.

Compared to nearly every other project management platform I've used it's by far the one with the worst UX.

The free option is very limited. No time tracking, no option for subtasks, and very limited storage included in.

Improved visualization of the actual workload capacity of the team. Folders can be created which are dedicated to be shared only with relevant team members.

The team at Wrike was so helpful getting us up and running and were very attentive to our needs. The software is easy to use, and provides great visibility on projects.

There isn't really a feature in Wrike I'd like to highlight, I think they're all awesome.

There is no warning system that reminds you of your pending tasks, and you only see them if you go into the app.

I like the waterfall management interface of Wrike. It also has a comprehensive pricing charts and nice third party apps integrations.

The customer service was good with an employee doing an initial walkthrough.

I like the reports and timetables that we can cooperate on preparing, which are effective and accurately express the percentage of completion of the project.

Another thing I like is the easiest way that Wrike integrates with other tools or apps like google, word, and excel.

Creation of workflow/roadmaps is very user friendly. Preset/automated workflow for frequently repeated tasks is very helpful.

An amazing tool to assist the team solve difficulties and plan ahead of time.
