Its fast, the card processor is amazing, its easy to use, offers free trial version which is good for testing. Using t om my ipad makes it more fun.

They do a good job with request and features. If your a smaller location or quick serve you will be fine.

It is very useful and great POS for small businesses. It is very easy to handle and easy to use POS.

We lost so many sales because of upset customer because they are unable to pay their bill. I would either have to comp their meal or they would just leave because of Bindo's application.

It's easy to use and the dashboard is nice because you login anytime from any device.

They were arrogant when there was a problem and they had no solution except to hardwire to a printer. It is also ridiculously priced for functionality.

When I email BIndo regarding my problems, there is no real resolution. They'll ask to update their app, once we do so, we run into 10 other problems.

I also have tons of issues where transactions come up as partial payments for no reason at all. We have experienced the app crashing from so many little things.

The benefits I get from this software is the ability to use it on many different devices as well as having the ease of updating my products and prices whenever I want.

Bindo is a great system. We use it at where I work and its great because we can search for all of our items within just a matter of a click, our accountant can manage the store anywhere on the go.

I like the invoice/quote feature the best. We often set up bills for local agencys-emailing the quote/invoice is very helpful.

We have used Bindo for over 5 years and it has kept terrible track of our inventory.

Customer service is excellent and very helpful. The system is intuitive and efficient to learn if you take advantage of the Learning Center and online chat resources.

If you were doing this backward thank how we did it, Bindo has even more integrations to help you run that.

Easy functionality and navigation is nice especially dealing with customers. At first I had to figure out the keys but charting information which was all self explanatory; very impressive.

The product has a gazillion different features and loves to expand its offering into new industries. They give you access to everything via a robust API and good reporting.

As an enduser I appreciate a clean and easy interface. Easy payments and bookings and canceling.

It's disappointing on the whole, because I see it as a decent booking system with potential, if they kept up with the times and listened more to their users.

Integration with existing platforms was a little difficult, and getting others to try is has been hard as well.

The company is great, the people are helpful. The software is overpriced and clunky.

The inbuilt marketing functions are absolutely dire and Mindbody doesn't integrate with anything (it's not even on Zapier) so you'll struggle to build a great marketing machine using it.

I cut my losses and canceled the subscription very early after realizing how little help it was in my area.

I mainly used this through my iPad and there were some minor issues where it didn’t seem compatible with the iPad and I would have to navigate the site in a an odd way.

The interface was so old-school, and the customer service was absolutely terrible.

Mindbody is missing several key features such as double-booking options and the option for memberships is pretty difficult to use. MBO is very hard to train new people in using.

Very good experience with Mindbody, it helps me stay in shape and I love all dance classes. It always worked very well for me on my pc, for now I did not use it on another device.

My experience was $500 per month at two locations of nigthmares, frustration, and apologies for clients.

It's a great app when you gym has this kind app for the booking of their gym's class.

The only thing I don't like about this software is how hard it is to find all of your different studios' schedules.

Their staff team is also super helpful and they have many seminars and resources to help build your business.

This software is easy to install and has great customer support if you have questions. It simplifies booking appointments, adding inventory, taking payments and scheduling.

I haven't found any features that I don't like about Mindbody.

Absolutely love Mindbody and how easy they've made scheduling. I love that I can purchase class credits right from their site and I know what experience I am getting each time I log in.

It was the worst experience, afther that company, I had hired another that did the programming in 2 days and I was using it in 3 days at the 50% of the cost.

I took mine via zoom and it was very easy to enter and participate. This is inexpensive (even free if you choose) and you get to stay fit while having some fun.
