Pros
- I deal with a lot of estimate matching and having this software has saved me countless labor hours that do not generate income. I also like the real-time updates that keep my figures current.
- Integrates easily with Quickbooks and other third party providers. There are many reports available to assist in better business practices.
Cons
- Customer service is absolutely horrible and carwise is the most unfair review site possible. It's deceitful for shop owners and deceitful for consumers to use as a review or to post for a review.
- There aren't many things to say here but I do have one or two complaints. I have and pay for the RPS option which is to populate recycled parts for the vehicle I am writing.
Pros
- What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.
- Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.
Cons
- I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.
- The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.
