I like most the features of mobile access, online ordering, and record analytics. Integration with existing businesses was easy.

I like that DoorDash is available in just about every city & state depending where the drivers are located. It's easy to use & order from the specific places that are offered in that area.

Have issues with 86d items causing problems and orders getting cancelled which causes some issues for our customers.

It has some really nice features that make it easy and convenient to order food for yourself and also to gift food to others.

Compared to other apps that work on this platform sometimes they do have cheaper offers, promo codes and the pass can be super useful.

I would say the overall experience was great. I would recommend this application to anyone.

There's nothing better than ordering your favorite meal from your favorite restaurant from the comfort of your home with your fingertips. It is contactless, pay upon ordering.

It is well worth the slight uptick in price to order through DoorDash. The delivery drivers are friendly and prompt, the app is helpful and quick and the options are perfect.

Sometimes they make mistakes and when you call customer service, they don’t take responsibility for the mistakes of the drivers.

I also drove for DoorDash when the Pandemic hit and made a decent amount of money doing it. It is very user friendly and made delivering food so simple.

Overall, doordash has been a great platform to order food during the pandemic, but the increase in costs and charges may make it a bit less useful (to prohibitive) over time.

When leave memo/ note they don't always follow or read it.

The checkout has a tendency to fail and reload on me often.

I've had trouble editing items added to my cart. Not sure if that's a restaurant issue or DoorDash, but I have had to delete orders and start over.

So I would be sitting there at the checkout page with $10 worth of extra charges plus my $15 of my food charges. So all together I'm spending $25 on doordash, which is way too much for me.

Unfortunately the app has a very limited database of restaurants and service locations. My present location still only serves 9 restaurants.

I like how easy it is for you to make orders online plus when I was a new user I was given some money off my order. The website is very user friendly and you get updated once your meal arrives.

You chosse how much you want to work and how much money you want to make. You also can choose for the deliveries you want to do.

DoorDash is easy to navigate showing all available options in your area, timing and the menu. I love how inexpensive it is and the fact it has special offers.

Affiliation with other vendor apps (fast food restaurants, etc.) is helpful but I also really like that the discounts are automatically applied or suggested if they apply to a specific item/order.

The delivery drivers are always polite and respectful. This app is also great to use if you don’t feel like leaving your house, and would prefer to have your food delivered directly to your door.

Door Dash was a lifesaver during the pandemic when contactless delivery was necessary, and even now having the option to have food delivered when busy or not feeling well.

Overall, I have rather enjoyed my experience with doordash, the people are friendly, it's simple, one of my favorite things covid 19 pushed me into trying.

They do offer fun promos and discounts regularly. They tend to deliver almost anywhere.

All food items don't have pictures and it is difficult to figure out what the dish looks like. It also has a lot of charges at checkout.

I personally love the various filter options that are provided for selecting the various cuisines, delivery times, discounts and various other factors.

I mostly use DoorDash to gift food to friends and family on special occasions. I really like that it has a feature to allow that and comes with a digital card to send along.

It integrates with Toasttab and makes my job easier.

Sometimes we are unable to get our reports to show up. We lose some of our customization with each upgrade.

Each year, the Microhouse team performs automatic upgrades and adds more and more useful (sometimes eye opening) reports to help me better understand my business.

They kept telling my processor they had to reprogram my devices, when I know the Software company should be the ones handling that. My Account Rep and she is very rude to me and my new processor.

The reports are very detailed and helpful I like that I can do inventory often  and it uploads it so quickly easy to add new customers etc.

Responding quickly is important to us, especially when we were reaching the grand opening date. The support team was great as well; they provided training and set up the system as scheduled.
