The biggest negative for us is the inability to change customer ID numbers on the fly, and also combine customers (and keeping the dominant customer ID) also during the work day.

Most importantly the time saved in sending correspondence to customers or vendors has made our jobs easier. We also really like the ability to update product pricing when we receive the products.

We had a lot of trouble with transfering inventory between locations. Too slow part of the problem was ours but part of it was that we couldn't get it going.

As a point of sale system, ProphetLine includes serial number tracking, warranty tracking, multi-tender acceptance, rentals management, gift card and loyalty program tracking and touchscreen integration.


ProphetLine also includes built-in retail analytics and reporting, including open-to-buy planning and a retail stock ledger. It also includes direct customer email marketing and integrated online shopping to assist with marketing and web orders.
