Been very satisfied with coming onboard. Software is easy to use and their reporting functions continually make our dealership run more efficient and profitable.

Csps needs to have a field to store addresses. I get daily errors when working on orders and it kicks me off.

Dealership support and service is huge with a complex business system. HBS provides outstanding customer service and does well to react when we run into trouble or have questions.

Overall experience is good with modules fairly suited to my needs. Inability to customize certain areas, such as print to excel in certain reports or print a pick ticket to PDF limits our abilities.

Simplicity of functionality of User Interface makes it easy to convert principles from one module to the next.

I also like the edocs feature, I use that all the time.

It doesn't do anything to that ticket but it is disconcerting and annoying. Again, no idea why the last ticket from someone else would show on the cancel screen.

It has also helped increase our efficiency which has led to a much better bottom-line profitability for the dealership.

This process takes a ridiculous amount of time.

Overall, the product support is great that helps the ease of use on the software.

That is almost double the price which makes it hard to impossible to justify that extreme difference in my eyes.

Better than building your own database. It is nice to have an integrated software for all departments.

I don't like that they've discontinued their payroll system.

IT DOES GENERATE GOOD REPORTS. The parts return system works well.

Also not sure which of these problems are from the way the records were set up when new. May have more options I am unaware of and unable to change.

I feel its better than QuickBooks and easier to maneuver.

I like that it is easy to use. Easy to look up parts, wholegoods is coming along.

I like how well it integrates with our parts suppliers to keep up with inventory and pricing. From an accounting perspective the system is pretty intuitive.

Can't speak to integration, was not involved in deployment. Works ok mostly I guess.

After 40 plus years in this business and countless software systems during that time, we finally have the best system in place for this business to succeed into the future.

Speaking from a parts standpoint only, the system is easy to get used to, and integrates very well with the other systems we need to use. Parts Integration & Invoicing are nice to use.

In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

I love how protective the company is and they are extremely reliable I love them they are just simply amazing.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

It's super easy use to use. I love all the safety features it has especially protecting my personal information.

I like PayPal you can use it anywhere you can take it anywhere as it's easy access my experience with PayPal has been wonderful.

Additionally, I love the ease of transferring money PayPal provides. It's so simple to use, effective, and secure.

It sucks, too many issues, too poor customer service, not enough accountability with the partnered apps and businesses such as eBay.

I love Paypal because it is so easy to use and super compatible with anyone regardless of where they live.

I dislike that I've been charged a fee when others have sent money to me. When sending a small amount, it stinks to have a fee on that.

I am a big fan of paypal and the fact it gained trust within all major merchants. Would be good if it worked with amazon too.

My overall experience with PayPal is amazing I love them I would rate them an 11 if I could.

Also the great security they provided to ensure safety of our money is excellent. I realy love to use PayPal as my online payment method and highly recommend to anyone without any second thought.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.

They can freeze your money at any time and you are stuck for months trying to appeal and have them release YOUR MONEY. This can kill your business.
