Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, great support, sooooo streamlined! They really make it easy to use, which makes running my business(es) much easier

  • I like the look and user friendliness of the widget on our website.

  • Cons

  • The system is glitchy. Doesn't have the functionality promised by sales rep. It's complicated.

  • Notes do not save separately so when you have several notes about a client, you would end up with one long note. Not a biggie - but would be nice to see this improved.

  • Pros

  • Very easy to use. Lots of features. Great price

  • It is extremely easy to use, I love all the features. I love how I can change the color, ease add services or team members, etc....

  • Cons

  • It is very customizable, but it would be nice if they offered packages for added features instead of paying a la carte.

  • The updates sometimes will not allow you to sign in during a particular timeframe, but other than that- We are super happy with it!
