Pros
- It's easy to learn, easy to navigate, and user-friendly even on the first try. Customer service is awesome and it's great for the price.
- It also generates multiple graphics and informations for better managing your stores, knowing every information about your products and how they're selling. Is a great tool to have.
Cons
- I struggle with the bluetooth scanners connecting to our store iPads - however this is not a Springboard Retail issue. This is a problem with the hardware & hardware technology.
- Every complaint I have has been addressed - occasionally I will request a feature or a metric (Inventory Turn!) that is not available now - and for the most part I have seen them implemented.
Pros
- Promised to meet all our web page and pos needs in a “one stop shop. In person salesmen seemed creative and responsive.
- Celerant is a very good POS system that provided a quick and easy way to track sales and inventory when used correctly.
Cons
- Metrics suffer from an identity crisis, with different labels scattered across the system, causing confusion between barcode variations, product styles, and inventory classification.
- Critical issues, such as sales syncing failures resulting in massive financial losses, were met with apathy.
