The design is old and poor i think they can do a lot more about the design and colours, i think all the needed is redesign.

I was a fan of the support team that came with such a large company. We were able to add items and get walked through the sorceress of building out custom buttons and options etc.

Wonderful system and the pros are easy to navigate through the entire thing. Wish all systems were programed like this.

Customer service is hard to reach at times but when they do respond there 100% equipted with helping me with all my problems.

Fast, easy, accurate, dependable, finds ways to generate more revenues. It's literally an Iphone  for my business.

I cherished the simplicity of everything readily available The design of table diagrams the capacity to include your request with any additional side notes any additional items, or departures.

This pos has really excellent features and quality. It is also not difficult to operate.

Remote management and reporting, accessible from anywhere. Loyalty program helps bring customers back.

Sales force is great prompt with quotes and getting product to you. Overall I would say one of the best POS system out there.

It is very easy to use, and it is very easy to learn how to handle it, it helps to save time in the restaurant.

However, I miss many of the features that came standard with this software.

Nothing i have used in the 25 years of business has even came close to the ease of use and capabilities of 2TouchPOS. Thank You for everything you do.

Overall Experience using this product was so great.

They forced us to switch credit card proceessors and said they would match prices. They did not maych and If i coninue with them I will be out 20k for the year.

T So a lot faster and more proficient than the old pen and paper. Splendid Software truly makes the worker to kitchen change seemless quick and productive.

But in my business they have forgotten about the Facebook integration which is a great way to promote your bar. I have been told this is still being worked on but have other items that more important.

Have seen 2%- 5% decrease in sales since integration is not working. Customer service is excellent.

The interface is more user friendly and attractive which makes it easier for new beginners to adopt easier.

Pros-great easy to use software, fast customer service response, strong durable hardware. Cons- slightly pricey but they will work with you.

Functional software can get the job done as soon as possible with good customer service support, have software and hardware.

I used 2 touch pos for 3 years at my job and knew it like the back of my hand.

Ease of access & stability are fantastic...customer service is available when your in need of help.

Very cheap, offers great hardware the machine makes it fun to receive payments, cloud storage makes it easy to access transaction data online from anywhere.

Open tabs require two transactions. One to pay the tab and a separate transaction for the customer to leave a tip.

I loved the ease of everything at your fingertips The  layout of table charts the ability to input your order with any extra side notes any add ons, or take offs.

Keeping track of analytics is a bit confusing and difficult. System is a bit buggy at times and difficult to manage.

Constant backup to cloud critical as NBN has been a disaster for small business.

2TouchPOS have been a life safer for us in business, its easy to integrate with existing systems and very useful in accepting payments both mobile and card payments.

Sometimes we are unable to get our reports to show up. We lose some of our customization with each upgrade.

Each year, the Microhouse team performs automatic upgrades and adds more and more useful (sometimes eye opening) reports to help me better understand my business.

A great program and comes with excellent support.

I find the system very easy to use and have had amazing customer support.

Easy to use, inventory system good, there are many different reports to choose from to get you exactly the information you need.

They kept telling my processor they had to reprogram my devices, when I know the Software company should be the ones handling that. My Account Rep and she is very rude to me and my new processor.

My overall experience was very good. Customer service is easy to reach.

I feel like the value is there but there may be other programs with better customer support.

I love all the reports I can pull with ease and detail. There is not an item or sales transition I cannot find immense detail on.

This software makes the POS and Customer experience easy and effortless, the ease of customer detail gathering for both loyalty and future marketing is a breeze.

The reports are very detailed and helpful I like that I can do inventory often  and it uploads it so quickly easy to add new customers etc.

Responding quickly is important to us, especially when we were reaching the grand opening date. The support team was great as well; they provided training and set up the system as scheduled.

A very nice program  for the cost. Could be better and more user friendly, but good for the price.

The pros is it has great reports and inventory management. Purchase orders works great.

It is extremely user friendly, easy to train new staff to use. Great inventory control.

After 3 years of using this POS software for our two fashion retail boutiques,  we continue to be impressed. A great investment for our small business.

It didn't take long to be quite comfortable with the entire system. Again, the support staff was very helpful with any questions we encountered.

Discount features a little complex. Limited CC terminals to be used.

The number differs between reports very frustrating.

It is very easy to understand and work with. When ever we have any issue RMS staff is easy to reach and helpful.

Outdated, looks old, lags , some features missing.
