Ease of Use is by far what I like most about this software. I feel like I am missing steps, but its just that easy.

Ease of use & customer support, easy to train new help on.

We did occasionally have issues where loads were lost, but customer service noted it and fixed those issues as far as i know.

The list of manufacturers to approach for business is way outdated. If businesses are no longer in business.

Also I absolutely love how the systems remembers previous information and stores it for future use like customers, locations etc.

Also, the application is ergonomic and aesthetically pleasing. Connections with Triumph and load boards are a plus.

When you are just starting in this field of work, it is pretty easy to use. The support team are so kind and helpful when needing assistance.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.
