Precoro has a good level of customisation to meet the needs of the Company with out the added cost. Support is available to sort out any issues relatively quickly.

If I make a mistake sometimes it's impossible to make a correction. The inventory management is poor.

When I am trying to order stock and it crashes and I have to wait until the next day then I will get the stock 1 to 2 days later which is bad for my position as our customers will get upset.

Loading a order on rapid trade is extremely slow. I do believe we cancelled this function.

We are solving time wasted on taking called and capturing wrong stock.

The support team at Rapid trade is amazing. Our sole issue is always that we didnt know that a new version existed which causes issue because our field managers would still be on the old versions.

As an offline tool it is great but would like more POS functionality and pricing request function so that customers are able to trade and wholesalers can be aided in collaborative buying.

If we can add in a option to deleted customer that was planned for the day but did not get to see them. Or by accident selected the wrong customer and need to delete them from the list.

No report available that we could pull for ourselves - we had to request this.

Rapid trade has definitely improved and increased our daily order processing counts. Once the initial teething setup issues were sorted out, the system does work well.
