At times drivers find it confusing to see Scheduled trips as Active trips, particularly. Missing feature: next day trips.

Very user friendly, great support staff that listens and responds.

No hassle user friendly love how we can keep track of all our trips in order.

We are also excited to have a lot of built in reports/analytics that we can see in just a couple clicks versus our old method of paper logs.

We also love that ShuttleControl sends messages to the customer letting them know how far away the shuttle is when in route.

So far we haven't found anything that we are unhappy with.

Old people find the app complicated, tough to train.

Customer service is always helpful and very quick to respond.

The maps are very hit and miss. They break alot but can be fixed with a refresh, not a huge issue.

The product itself is great and easy to use. The customer service is wonderful, [sensitive content hidden] offered quick and effective help.

He only downside for me really are the odd glitches. Yesterday it kept freezing at the point where the driver had dropped off and so we didn't know how far out he was.

The entire team has agreed that this has been a very easy transition from using our paper logs that we have had for many years.

The ability to communicate to the shuttle drivers quickly, clearly and efficiently is our favourite feature.

Ease of use, it is a wonderful tool to keep customers involved and informed.

Using this software has made everyone's job's easier and customers more happy.

I love being able to see when my shuttle drivers have accepted the ride and where they are located on the map. It makes it easy for me to have an ETA for customer preferring our personal shuttles.

In-app map is great but could be be used more effectively.

Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.

Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.

I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.

For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.

Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.

What I like most about Trello is the ability to neatly lay out tasks and share those tasks with other users that have an interest in the progress or users that will also be working on the tasks.
