To troubleshoot this ourselves, we update the tablets before installing at a patients home. When patients have problems, it is usually an update issue.

BP cuffs hurt the upper arm. Have to question often if the results actually obtained by the patient are accurate.

Very flexible and they are not just after the money. They really care about their customers and the patients.

The best thing about HRS are the support reps. They are excellent and we appreciate them.

The simple kiosk screen is user friendly and helps relieve some of the fear people may have with bringing technology into their homes. Of course, the real time results are critical.

The equipment readings are reliable and easy for the patients to use. The video is clear and providers are pleased with its clarity.

Sometimes the video calls don’t work without a call to support.

My clients can contact them directly for difficulties with setup. I am especially thrilled about the recent integration with Zoom.

I have to cancel and rebook the appointment. When this happens we default to another provider as it’s too cumbersome.

Some of my clients like the ease for which it allows the option of inputting payment information thereby decreasing that process during sessions.

At this time there is nothing about the software that I dislike.

I like the way it organizes my clients information and the ease of setting appointments. Its easy to see your calendar and generates an email to clients inviting them to the appointment.
