  • Pros

  • Bitly supports companies shine by transforming their relations into authoritative tools for marketers and customer care units.
  • Bitly has been around for a while and is fairly trusted among the internet community, which means it's less likely to be marked as spam.
  • Cons

  • Can't delete shortened links but only hide them: this is simply the worst thing of Bitly, cause you can't use an old short link for a new one.
  • As of this year, bitly started putting limits on how many custom links you could make. This was a problem because I use a custom link for facebook posts every single day of the year.

  • I like most that we can set the expire time of link automatically with it. It increase the productivity by gaining insight of customer with less effort strategy.
  • I like its comprehensive dashboard. It has everything to make my work easy and quick.
  • Cons

  • I lack anything in particular to dislike as it achieves all our business objectives.
  • TLinky has limited options for urls customisations needs to be added more.
