The Hawkins support team is amazing and will answer any question or issue immediately, there is no waiting. If you find an issue with how it works, they will find a way to fix it and improve it.

BrighSide Rental Management (BS) offers a convenient all-in-one application where you can effortlessly reach guests, process payments, engage in chat conversations, and easily manage bookings.

Making reservations is very easy and there are so many different options for running reports. They have also integrated with many other booking sites that has been great for our business.

This gives us the freedom to maximize the use of our time during each day which in turn will maximize our profits.

To be honest I can't think of anything that stands out. Most of the problems in the software are operator error.

And the value is solid--we're a small rental business and feel fortunate to have found such an affordable software solution.

Brightside has helped our business become more efficient with managing our rentals and allows us to integrate with advertising channels.

I have evaluated and tried several different platforms. What set's them apart is the ease of use, the fact that is full of features and the price is just right.

I cant think of anything that I would consider a problem with the software.

Being able to create a pre-determined project that a cleaner can then follow and check off is also a really great feature.

Limited features on the mobile app, while the web site is a bit clunky on mobile.

The nit reminds you that you have to select a cleaner via the app notification and email. Its very straight forward and easy after just a little learning curve.

I like that I can add my own cleaning checklist to our account and even if my lead cleaner can't accommodate that day, I know the backup cleaner has access to the same information.

It was hard to know why something (paying my cleaner) wasn't working. Both she and I were confused.

We have been using this software for a while now and it is really helpful, but pricing has gone up.

It's a little naive of Turnoverbnb to assume this is how things run.

If you want automation of turnover cleaning and scheduling, this app is perfect. Easy to use and puts cleaning schedules on auto pilot.

They heard why I was trying to use the product and actually made a great suggestion on how to use it. Love how easy it is to set up.

The auto-syncing and ability for cleaners to bid on the projects are so nice. It is a completely hands-off system to schedule cleaning at great prices with quality cleaners in your area.

Managing the books has been our only trouble with TurnoerBnB.

It is extremely easy to use, and it is very affordable considering the services they offer.

Then a notification my “project” was picked up. We had already Found cleaners with great rates.

Great easy way to automatically schedule cleanings for airbnb turnover.

There's no way for me to keep track of all payment being sent in full(after there fees!) With all the technology this should not be a issue.

I think the only thing, so far, is that I was unsure about how the process worked. Also, I'm not going to ask my guests to make an account/log in to evaluate my cleanliness on a separate platform.

Love the ability to assign primary and backup cleaners and have them assign themselves rather than make multiple phone calls/texts. I'm adding a co-host which makes the process ever more reliable.

All of whom screwed me over. Once I delete them from my future bookings, I can't see them anymore and they all ran off with my money and I never heard from them again.

Glad someone is offering this service, easy to use and navigate.

I enjoy the ease of connecting with local cleaners, receiving/accepting bids, and managing the cleanings associated with the property through TurnoverBnB. Everything I need to know is in the system.

The peace of mind it provides. I love knowing that the property will be cleaned (and cleaned well) if my primary cleaner is not available.

With TurnoverBnB, our experienced cleaner came on time, cleaned our home going above and beyond the required project items and freed up our time.

That frees up a lot of time. Also, once I've picked a cleaner and am happy with them, then it's all on autopilot.

My favorite functionality is the Airbnb Calendar integration.

Implementation was extremely easy and any  questions I had were answered by the Customer Support Team.

Now I can rest easy knowing she gets automatically alerted and scheduled, and also I get notified when she arrives and completes her cleanings. Perfect fit for what I was looking for.

I love the automation and the ease of use with this software in my vacational rental business.

We have not used 1 of these properties on the platform for over 6 months but still got charged for a full year of services.

We also tried to cancel for our other 2 properties since we are selling and we could not get a prorated refund for the services not rendered.

We love how we are able to integrate with our cleaners and not have to communicate every clean with them. I love that I can see when they arrive at the job and when they leave.

The only thing that I don’t like is the lack of response from my teammates.
