  • Pros

  • Ease of use and customer support. Reports were useful and easy to customize.
  • Easy to use and the customer service is very responsive.
  • Cons

  • The inability to have a store for merchandise separate from adding to a ticket. Refunds & exchanges to multi day events can get very confusing.
  • Even leaving notes about orders that you couldn't later update would get irritating for the small space provided.

  • It’s ease of use functionality is above the rest. I absolutely adore this fact because it makes my life a lot less complicated when hosting events for instance.
  • Watch the user videos and you are good to go with you´re first event in less than 30 minutes.
  • Cons

  • Some functionalities were not optimal considering multiple events at one time.
  • One should also be able to restrict what sales personell are allowed to see related to remaining volume and sales volume in the app.
