The voice quality and the price per seat are very competitive. The phone and computer apps offer seamless presence, and the ability to bounce calls from one device to another is nice.

WE are stuck with a phone system we hate and does not work for us. Comcast could not careless.

Unable to retrieve voicemails some times. Customer service is sometimes hard to deal with.

One final con that makes me regret this software is the lack of features and things you can do in other Vendors.

The sudden loss of service for our 800 numbers, hunt group setup, terrible support, and no help from the sales team. Their portal is the worst one I have worked with.

The software was constantly changing and it was difficult to keep up with all the new equipment throughout both offices.

I love that we are able to set up different options for when our business is closed or for holidays.

I am posting this via my cell phone - that is how sick and tired I am of Comcast. If you are considering them for your company's service,  do so at your own peril.

Well clarity is great internally, out calls is average.

The user interface was hard to navigate and often resulted in confusion of whether my phone was forwarding correctly or not.

That should have chased us of their service butt we decided to stick with it since it was so difficult to switch all communications over.

This app has a seamless interface, and the ability to maneuver calls from one device to another is pretty cool.

They haven't even discounted our bills for all of this. You have to practically have a cheat sheet to be able to learn how to use certain features.

I really like how clear it is, how easy to use the software user friendly to be short. Can be downloaded to phone, pc, laptop, tablet.

A bit biased as we are an Avaya Business Partner that offers the IP Office in a cloud hosted (PoweredBy Avaya) offering.

If you can afford to fork up enough money to their top tier product, it will definitely handle everything and CS support is better.

After researching extensively it seems to be an issue with Avaya. Searching through the contacts can also be difficult.

Price points on the cloud system are excellent, competitive to most major cloud pbx providers, while getting more features and functionality.

It was confusing at first but now that I have used it for some time I am used to it and can do everything I need quickly.

The user interface on their phones requires some learning. For staff who are not accustomed to using the phones regularly this can be frustrating.

Sometime facing problem with integration with other Vendor.

Flexibility and customization comes with ease. Programming interface is very straightfoward and easy to use.
