  • Pros

  • Ease of use when working in Salesforce, being able to schedule from Email or contact card.
  • I like the ability to set guidelines so all our reps are assigned the right events.
  • Cons

  • We had some initial problems in the setup stage where meetings were being scheduled outside of the defined hours.
  • We occasionally have lead reassignment problems, which relate mainly to our tech stack setup.

  • Up until recently the Becker Law firm (BLF) had been a loyal customer of Fonality – Netfortis.
  • They have a suite of features from simple to the most complex, depending on how involved or sophisticated you want your system to be.
  • Cons

  • It should ring more than two times. Candidate's do not stay on park no longer than 30 seconds.
  • There's no redundancy for an in-house PBX. There needs to be a second line provided for connection.
