This product helps my accountant save so much time with not only emailing bills, but the automatically chasing down the client through reminder emails and letting the client process the credit card or ACH. One of the top things I have found is the responsiveness of Keith and his support staff. They are extremely attentive which is very rare with growing Saas companies.
Occasionally the custom reports they have made for us break with upgrades however once reported they are fixed quickly. I am just happy they have helped us create custom reports for our needs though!
This was the only solution that did everything and allowed us to 1) Use our own payment processor 2) connect with both desktop and quickbooks online 3) manage our recurring charges in a very efficient way. The ROI of this product blows their competition out of the water.
