The suite contains several applications that work together to form an end-to-end solution for property managers and facilities managers.
Included is Workspeed Service Request, a Web-based communication function that allows managers, tenants and engineers to view requests. The software also includes a preventative maintenance function that tracks assets, manages service contracts with automated alerts and helps schedule work and assignments to engineers.
The Workspeed Business Analytics function offers a dashboard and reports to help identify areas of improvement. Users can track the health of their portfolios with customizable criteria for success, and view complete maintenance history of assets.
The suite also includes a mobile support function for multiple devices, such as iPhone, Android and BlackBerry, which gives users the ability to initiate service requests by email, text message or a mobile app.
