The Asset Guardian (TAG) is a maintenance management solution. It can be deployed in the cloud or on-premise. Key features include work order management, equipment views, personnel views, inventory management and reports.
TAG’s work order management module lets users create work orders, evaluate and manage preventive maintenance work orders, analyze performance and complete and approve work orders. Users can also automatically or manually create safety procedures, work procedures and other related requirements.
TAG’s equipment records shows all the assets in users’ databases. Users can create work orders for any asset, and they can track maintenance activities. Asset functionalities can be moved, added and changed.
The system also has functionalities for inventory management and generating reports, as well as a personnel database. Users can create profiles and see information about the personnel involved in maintenance activities. Skills and certifications can be assigned to employees.
TAG is available worldwide. Training packages including courses and presentations are offered and technical support is available during working hours.
