BuilderTREND is an award winning construction management system for homebuilders and remodelers. It combines project scheduling, project management, customer management, and service management in a single suite. It can be used by both production and custom homebuilders, but is also suitable for construction managers, residential remodelers, and design/build firms that work on residential projects. With the exception of large companies doing over $1 billion in revenue annually, BuilderTREND can be used by any size of contractor.
Key features in the system include photo and document management, selections and change order management, scheduling, and warranty administration. BuilderTREND also includes customer and trade partner web portal access. Because it's web-based, BuilderTREND can be used on both Mac and Windows computers. No software or servers have to be installed and maintained on location. Additionally, the program can be accessed from any location, with any type of mobile device, including iPhones, iPads, and Android phones. The software has a one-time setup fee, but uses month-to-month pricing thereafter. Training and support is free, and unlimited, which is a unique offering in the industry.
BuilderTREND has won several awards in the last few years including the Constructech 2009, 2010, 2011 Top Product award for Home Building Software.

Just wanted to give you the heads up that I recently signed up another customer on BuilderTrend. The first night the system was up, the client was on it and sending me emails about how delighted he was with the program. I am talking the first night!

We at Charles Thomas Homes, build High Performance New Homes(tm). We lead the industry in our area because we build all of our homes Green and Healthy. Our homes are triple certified, Energy Star, NGBS-National Green Building Standard and IndoorAir Plus Certified.
We have been using BuilderTrend for a couple of years and we will never go back to the paper trail way of doing things. We have 20 projects going and because of Builder Trend we can all stay on the "same page" literally! It allows our team to communicate with each other, our vendors and with our clients. It is also great to be able to access all communication history within seconds.
BuilderTrend walks you through the set up and it is very easy to use. Clients use it easily and also enjoy the convenience of being able to track the progress of their project by looking at the calendar and seeing pictures of their home throughout the building process.
As the Sustainable Design Coordinator, I work on the Selection and Change Order categories daily, and I call BuilderTrend tech support whenever I have any questions; I appreciate that they don't mind at all! The support staff is outstanding and have walked me through many issues, which usually end up being issues with my phone, iPad or computer. The staff is very knowledgable about different computers (Mac/Hp), phones, software, search engines etc... and have helped me trouble shoot through the issues many times.
Because of Builder Trend we can manage our projects so much more efficiently!

A quick review from a new user - our company has been using BuilderTREND for several years now. I have been using it for less than a year now and I can tell you nothing compares to it. We use BT for all written communication with our clients and eveything is documented and approved before orders are placed. It eliminates virtually all mistakes/misundersatndings between us and the customer. Meetings are recapped and agreed to afterwards. We do all CO's, selections, schedule plans, and docs on BT. Makes being out of the office much easier to handle; as long as you have a hotspot, you no longer have to rely on others at the office because it's all on BT. We also do weekly updates with photos, that are very easy to upload and have gotten easier in last few weeks from my iPhone. Currently we are not using with all our trades, but that is coming this year. We're signing up for weinar next. Thanks!

BuilderTREND has made my work life easier. I use it to remind myself when to request insurance certificate renewals. I get real time updates on our purchase orders and change orders; it saves on copy paper and postage because everyone - from accounting to the jobsite to the project manager to the owners to the subcontractors and suppliers - can just look at them on the screen. Time is saved since I don't have to distribute them as well. The people who use the scheduling portion seem to really like it and make it applicable for all involved.

Our company is slowly "easing in" to BuilderTREND, but so far the results have been great. Our clients have really enjoyed being able to log in from anywhere they have internet access. Customer support is top-notch.

I love to upload photos on BuilderTREND. I don't have to manipulate the sizes of the photos. It's quick and easy. I just pick the file, name it and upload! Clients love seeing the photos and BuilderTREND makes it easy for us to give them what they want!

Avalon is a Custom home builder. Building is fraught with enough potential problems without compounding it with poor communication.
BuilderTrend brings tools to the small to medium builder that before was only available to large production builders who had the ability to afford in-house software to help with the day to day activities of building.
Not only is it affordable, but it is better than any other options available today!

BuilderTrend has been vital to the smooth operation of our small building company. The system is easy to set-up and navigate, which makes the transition to using the system simple and effortless for both our company and clients.

This is the most versatile software that I have used so far in my 12 year career in the construction industry. Spending many years in the trenches as a labor, apprentice, leader, and now manager, I have seen how the different areas of our field depend upon one single factor - vision. If you can't see how the project is put together, then it won't get put together with a cohesion that is imperative to our client's happiness and financial responsibility.

You guys have a great product; all our clients like it. It serves as a great way to communicate between all subs, clients, vendors, and employees. We appreciate the customer support as well. The best part, in my opinion, is the ability to control our projects from anywhere we are. The builder trend app is functional and easy to use as well. The product is ever evolving in a positive way and we will continue to use it as a valuable tool in our operation.
