The automated marketing tools create a way for brokers and agents to stay in touch with prospects and clients, so that agents can nurture leads without having to manually track all interactions. The system automatically sends notifications regarding listing updates, so that agents can be as up-to-date on their market as possible.

Boomtown also features advanced website analytics, allowing users to track a prospective buyer's or seller's movements and interactions across the site. Sales analytics include dashboards that can help managers monitor their team’s engagement. As a SaaS-based system, Boomtown can be accessed from an iPad, smartphone, tablet, or any device with an Internet connection.

This was VERY hyped up to me!!! I was told it does EVERYTHING... well I don't really love how it's organized. It's harder to sort through my leads and I wish I could create different lists for vendors, investors, etc.

It's relatively easy to use. There is a lot of class you can attend to really understand the product.

I am starting to figure that the emails I sent out to my clients through Boomtown go directly to my client's trash or spasm box.

Recommendations

It's a super expensive product. Luckily, the lenders in our company pays for this service for the agents to use. Not sure for how much longer.

Great software for generating leads and tracking them. You can call, email, and text directly through the CRM and start an automated drip campaign to your prospects.

Likes Least

There is not an effective post transaction mechanism to keep in contact with clients once you have closed a deal.

Recommendations

Its great product for lead generation but it can be expensive. They have many add-on features and affiliation like Rok-r-box for ISA services or you have to hire your own if do not want to wade through the bogus leads that come. You also get many tire-kickers.

The software is user friendly, easily used, and even when they update the system, I do not feel lost. They don't reinvent the wheel, they make it easy to your job. Once a lead signs up, the system helps to alert you when the prospect is using the website. You can see everything a client is looking at, you can text them pre-done templates in text messages directly from your computer, and set up automatic emails, and so much more. You can have a client signed up for years before they are ready to buy, but once they start showing interest Boomtown notifies you.

I dont have anything negative. Every time I need help, they are diligent in working with me.

Recommendations

Dive into it. Let the system work for you! Don't use tons of different programs, put them all here, and make your life easier.

It is very user friendly. I love that database manager! So simple to set up automatic emails and keeps you on top of what you need to do everyday.

I was on a team as a buyers agent. My team leader is the one who paid for the service but I think the product is great.

Recommendations

It was easy to use, perfect for customization, daily reminders, tags for new clients and aging accounts.

No phone app, it would have been nice to have this on the go and not to have to go the mobile cite.

It's a great lead generator. The Boomtown team is constantly innovating and improving things in order to help us generate more leads. There are lots of IDX lead generations solutions out there and I truly believe Boomtown is the best. What really sets them apart is the back end of their site. It gives us great transparency into our prospect's search habits, enables us to follow up effectively with leads and allows me to hold the agents on my team accountable.

It's an expensive tool and you have to be willing to follow up with a lot of leads to determine which buyers and sellers are legitimate. However, if you're looking to grow a big business this is part of it.

Recommendations

Make sure you have the capacity (# of agents) to handle the volume of leads and understand it takes a while to build a pipeline and start to see a solid return on this investment. This is a long term business builder not a quick fix.

The product is easy to use, easy to train employees on, and serves the purpose of what it was designed for. The vendor is always in high levels of communication with us, their clients. They're always working on improving their product with features that are most asked for by their clients. The product itself is designed with real estate in mind and utilizing in-house real estate professionals so they can build out the best product possible.

Though they have a suggestion area where users can submit ideas on how to make the product better, suggestions are ranked upon how many votes they can collect as opposed to advanced users being able to communicate directly to the development team. It would be nice to have more of a liaison in that area rather than hoping users vote for your suggestion. I don't feel like it's the quickest way to get really good suggestions in front of the people that make the decisions on what to work on next.

Recommendations

To keep in mind that this software product is a tool and not necessarily a lead generating system. The product is only as good as the people's willingness to ensure they're using the product to it's fullest potential.
